Good products
Its a decent tasting part of my daily supplement routine. I like the quality and that its organic. I know it contributes to my healthy looking skin. I only wish it came in a lager size.

Vit A is great for a lot!
Seems to be the only vit A i can find without sunflower oil. Which I am allergic to. It seems to do the work but the iu is low. 10 to 25 IU was better for me.

I give this vitamin to my son as he has e eczema and dry skin and it has help a lot to controlled his eczema and dry skin. Don’t know what it taste like I always put it in his juice or chocolate milk, good size lasts about 2mths so it’s easy to swallow and don’t upset his stomach and it’s good value for money too.

Increased my vitamin A levels from low to midrange with recommended dose. Was surprised actually. It’s very sweet and doesn’t list what sweetener is in it. Doesn’t taste bad, but may pose problems with those who have blood sugar issues
