Doesn't go up high enough to be used with trucks

I prefer a hydraulic jack over the scissor jack that came with my truck. This one goes high enough and, in it's included case, is easy enough to store away in the truck. Ran it through a quick check and everything worked fine, haven't had to use it while out and about, yet.

I seen the statement of having 16” of lift and bought it. I should have taken the time to fully read. It’s a little over 16” total length of the jack raised. The lift is slightly over 7”. Lowered you could almost cover it with your hand it’s so tiny. It’s like a toy jack rather than a useful tool. I have 1 ton diesel vehicles. I thought I was getting a jack that lifted 16 1/2 inches and was totally disappointed.

I got this to replace my vehicles standard jack because it could not get my lifted truck off the ground if I needed to put on a spare. This matched with some pre-cut 2x4's works well and it fits great in my trucks tool box.

Had to send it back. As soon as I received it I opened the case only to find the seal was leaking. It was significantly smaller than what I imagined from the picture. Poor quality and overpriced for what was shown. Went to harbor freight instead. I would not recommend it.

This was just what I needed for our RV. The extra extension keeps you from having to use two jacks when changing a tire.

replaced, I'm really impressed by their after sale service, they will try to solve customer's problem and provide remedy action if required. They promise to look into quality control and I hope it's good for future buyer

It works, and extends just fine. The case is a plus but for the price I’d expect a better handle. The two pieces that link together to form an extremely short handle don’t lock very well.. and the cotter pins that hold the linkage are extremely cheap and the whole thing rattles around on the side of the base.

When this Hydraulic jack arrived the hydraulic fluid had leaked out and soaked the box, I CAN'T recommend this product , I will return it.
