These bands are a huge improvement over the rubber ones I used to use. The fabric is thick and soft against the skin so they do not pinch or pull at your legs. I have used them for squats and glute exercises and they never roll up or slide around. They stay exactly where you put them even during a long workout. The set comes with three different levels of resistance which is perfect for progress. I started with the lightest one for stretching and now I moved up to the medium one for strength training. They feel very durable and well made so I think they will last a long time without stretching out. I also like the little carry bag that comes with the set. It makes it very easy to keep the bands organized in my gym bag or take them along when I travel. These are a great value for the price if you want to work out at home.

I love these! These are the best resistant bands I have ever used. They are extremely durable, very well made. They are thicker than the average bands that are made of rubber. These are a cloth type of material, they stay in place and don’t scrunch up like most bands do. They hold their shape and are designed to last a long time. A lot of the latex/ rubber bands rip after time or lose their shape but these don’t. Comes in three different resistant levels.

It is of good quality, these bands do not go down or slide like rubber bands do, they do not damage your skin and have a relationship between quality and price. They are my favorites for doing squats.
