Absolute brilliant. No problems with it at all. Tweek the adjusting screw at the bottom and you’re a winner! Does make lighting large cigars a bit troublesome but that’s a given, for some things a ‘real’ naked flame helps. For many reasons a much better experience than the traditional zippo insert, mostly the ease of refill, length a refill lasts and lack of smell. I wish the design had made the wind-break holes look more real but it’s a minor thing. 10/10 zippo 👏

Mine would always light on the third click. Worked as such for about a week, using around 10 times a day. After a week the ignition failed and would no longer light at all. Quite annoyed as I had wrongfully assumed that Zippo would not release such a poor quality product. I then went to return it "as faulty". The Amazon return system said the insert could not be returned and gave no further information. So I was to be left with a £15 insert that didn't work? Finally I went through the return process again and when it showed the same message, there was a "contact us" link. I clicked that, opened up a chat window and was refunded without the need to return it. I would suggest anyone who has the same problem does the same. Most disappointing. The insert fits well, looks fine and when it works it works well. From the many other reviews it seems it just doesn't work for many, myself included.

Works fine, does use quite a bit of gas on minimal setting (only lighting for 1 to 2 secs most, I’m not a fan of the petrol taste of normal zippos so this works great in that part

New life for an old zippo. I found that when in the case, the case seemed to push the flow adjustment and cut off the gas. Added a small space in the base to fix that. Otherwise it lasts a long time and works reasonably well.

Bought this to give it a go... Have had the Firebird flint insert and found that over time it became unreliable... I do like to use my Zippo's from time to time...(I collect lighters & have many) It is a shame that these aren't made in Bradford & only carry 1yr warranty, unlike the rest of your Zippo... It seems solid enough though... Have been using it daily for past few days...(not had it long) I will agree with another reviewer, in that, fill it a little, then purge, then refill...seems to work better that way... Strike rate seems almost everytime now...will see how it goes...

This is a great lighter. It is high quality and looks beautiful. A modern edge to a classic lighter. However it can generate a fault where the flame does not burn for long amounts of time

It is what it is. Very good quality fits well works every time once the ignition wire was pushed down a tiny bit. Single torch gets a good week of use from a normal smoker and is actually usable in the wind

Really upsetting to pay such a high price for a product that works only for a month… what a waste of money! Return window was closed by the time it stopped working. Stay away from this item.

Ottimo per sostituire la benzina col il gas, ho anche il doppia torcia da quasi un anno e mai dato problemi, non teme il vento. Importante prima di effettuare le ricariche di gas, di vuotare completamente il serbatoio da aria residua, premendo la valvola di riempimento, ma questo vale per tutti gli accendini a gas "piezo jet". Va regolato al minimo senno è un cannello. Anche se fatto fare in Cina la qualità è Zippo. Unico avvertimento, il serbatoio è piccolo e lui beve gas come fosse sempre in festa, 40/50 accensioni è la media, quindi tenetevi la bomboletta del gas a portata di mano se siete tabagisti professionisti.
