I love this spice. Try rubbing your baking potatoes with coconut oil, bake, then add truffle butter and this spice. You have a match made in heaven. It arrived very fresh and well packaged.

Love this product. I use it in my spanish chorizo I make and the pop of heat really comes out. It is different. Not heat but warmth that really comes out in foods.

The piment is orange rather than red.

Best Espelette
This Piment Espelette is the perfect warm but not spicy pepper. It really shines on any veg, eggs, pork, but my absolute favorite is on fish. This piment d'espelete is the best seasoning for roasted or grilled fish! There are a lot of products claiming to be the real deal- but it is obvious by the taste this one comes straight from the farm in France.
