These are absolutely tiny! So easy to swallow, as well as being extremely small they are a nice smooth shape too, with no flavour. Great value for money, a massive years supply. Definitely needed in this country with the great British weather haha, I will continue to buy these, and they can also be doubled up in winter for maximum dosage when you get no vitamin D, and then I just take one in the summer when I feel like I havnt had enough daylight.

I've been using this brand pre op for hip replacement and now 18months on still daily using..very good brand and most of all they work in the vitamin D Intake to help the bones and arthritis Seller good too

I add one vitamin D pill to my daily prescription medication and my wife also. We firmly believe that vitamin D has huge benefits for the immune system along with other benefits. As vitamin D is fat soluble, it is better taken after breakfast. The pills are tasteless and easy to swallow and in my opinion are money well spent.

I have taken these for years and would not be without them. I am 85 and still do 5 classes at the gym. These tablets and other vitamins definitely help.
