Works great but letters wear off the keytops.
Nice, soft touch keyboard for the price. Types quickly. I did not experience that missing first letter myself. But when my wife went to use my computer, she asked where the letters went. The E, S, D, L, C, V, N and part of M, <, and > were worn off. I was blown away that I picked up the keyboard so cheaply. It really helps as the keyboard on my laptop is worn out and has had some key tops replaced as well, and it is not nearly as easy to type on as this keyboard which I am using to type this review, by the way.
