Fresh Flowers - Purple Dendrobium Orchids

First, Im not a professional poster and product review person. Im a 36, female, healthcare worker. I was buying these for a Bridal Shower. Everywhere I went, Orchids were SO much money! I stumbled upon this site from a google search. I read the reviews and decided it seemed like a safe purchase. I am SO GLAD I did!!! First, I ordered on a Monday evening and paid for the cheapest shipping option and they arrived Thursday morning! When I opened the box, I was nervous... but... OMG! The flowers are BEAUTIFUL! Each stem was full of orchid blooms, all fresh, open (all but buds at the end, which was expected.. bc its a flower), not wilted, or bad in anyway. My mom saw them and told me, "They are beautiful, I have to be honest, I did NOT think they would turn out to be so pretty and full, ordering them from the internet!" If you need orchids, this is the place to buy them! I will not hesitate one second to use this company again and tell people to order from them.

If I could give seven stars I would. I ordered these for my mother in the hospital 1500 miles away, when I found the online offerings from local flower shops cheesy, substandard and WAY overpriced. A bouquet of daisies and carnations and filler in a cheap vase starting at $45? And you want $20 to deliver it under three miles? Puhlease. Although I was given an estimated delivery date of two or three days, they arrived the next day, just as I specified. And they are GORGEOUS, according to Mom. They arrived just in time to awe my stepsister and stepfather, who had brought a generic bouquet that probably cost just as much as my fabulous orchids. I wish I could've seen their faces. Mom says there are at least a dozen stems. She is just loving telling all the nurses and her visitors that her daughter sent the spectacular orchids. Little-known fact: orchids last longer than any other cut flower. They will still be beautiful when Mom goes home next week, and probably for at least a week after that. They are elegant and exquisite. When you care enough to send the very best, send orchids.

I was concerned about the arrival date for this gift--but it arrived on time and my Aunt said it was her first gift of orchids in her 100 years! She said they were beautiful and lasting well. Previously orchids were not her favorite, so she was surprised at the lovely appearance of these flowers. Would order again --this is a great value --gave great pleasure with convenience and cost to gifter -- quite remarkable

These orchids were absolutely beautiful. I ordered two bunches of them and paid for express delivery because I wanted these to be displayed and enjoyed by house guests that came from out of town. They arrived just when stated, were carefully packaged, and were beautiful from the get-go. Unfortunately the first order did not last as long as anticipated, however. I followed the instructions regarding cutting the tips at an angle and added orchid food, etc, but they started to wilt and look bad within 24-48 hours. I contacted the company, however, and they were gracious enough to re-send (express delivery) two more bunches as a replacement, and both of these have done well and have far exceeded my expectations. (They mentioned that sometimes the flowers experience "shock" and that this might have been the case for my original order during the shipping process, though not the norm) I would DEFINITELY order from this company again. With that kind of prompt, caring service and quality product, it's a no-brainer. YOU WILL ENJOY THESE ORCHIDS!!!

I have NEVER reviewed anything I have purchased before, but there is a first time for everything. I sent flowers to my sister and for personal reasons, she had to be out of town unexpectedly for a long period of time. I was furious to find out that the flowers were delivered (even though nobody was home to receive them). Could they not have emailed to contact me? Of course they could have. That was the first thing. The second thing: This is the obnoxious, uncaring, over the top rude, presumptuous response I received from the seller. Who does she think she is talking down to her customers like that? Frankly, I could care less that she loses money on shipping. That is something she needs to figure out on her end if she wants to stay in business. That's not my problem. Manage your own business issues. Don't try to make the buyer feel bad for you. It's not going to happen. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!!! Thank you for your email and very sorry that happened as there is no way we could contact you as I hope you realize that this is a mail order service and not personal delivery service. You are buying these flowers from us via Amazon, we are sellers selling on Amazon and we delivery by mail. Just wonder if your gift recipient informed the post office to hold mail for them. I could not imagine that they have been gone from April till recently (approx couple months and still have mail delivery???) Anyway, I hope you realize this is not absolutely not our fault as if you did not know your gift recipients were on vacation and you ordered flowers from us to mail to them, how do you expect us to know that they were not home????????? By the way, our supplier have warranty on these flowers and they require us to return flowers back to them for our portion of the credit. So please kindly return the flowers back to us for refund as we need to return back to our supplier and explain to them (hope they will credit back to us some credit as generally they refund for defective flowers and genuinely this is not the case as when we mailed to your gift recipient, they were very fresh). At this point, the best we could do as an extended courtesy to you is to give you 40% off (on the product, not the $2.75 sh/h as we already lost $$ on the sh/h as we shipped by priority to your gift recipient since these are flowers and we always ship by priority and costs approx $10 to ship. Hope this above offer is a more than fair to you as this is not our fault and hope this reaches happy medium and consider issue resolved amicably, please let me know, thank you in advance for working with us to resolve and not posting negative nor neutral (AMZ treats as negative on sellers), we are very grateful to you for your fairness as this is really not our fault.
