Used for holding crankshaft dampers. In both removing and installing great help when no room for impact and in setting torque. A little fiddley to work with but easy to get the hang of. Holds tight and sure and frees your hand. Seems typical China quality.

It is styrdy and generally speaking is of acceptable quality. However. Its high price is not quite justified compared to other brands.

Works grate its a good tool for any pipefitter/welder. It can also be used for more then just pipe. I bend medium diameter pipe for a living and had a coworker weld a pice of angle iron on the top of it so i can attach an angel finder to check my roll angles.

If you've not seen or used one of these you are missing out. It securely clamps materials up to 4" with extensions available for larger. I've used it to fit weld pipe, glue large diameter PVC, hold my ground to the work and even as an adjustable arm rest. Great value and function. Can't beat the price.
