I really like this eyeliner! It’s very easy to apply and the color is nicely pigmented. It glides on smoothly and lasts most of the day without smudging. For the price, the quality is amazing. I would definitely buy it again.

This is the best no budge eyeliner I’ve ever used. I can put it on in the morning and go all day without any smudges or “leakage” 😆 on or around my eyes. It goes on smooth and the color is rich. It’s a twist up eyeliner so no need for a sharpener. I use the coffee color and it’s a great rich brown color. I have blue eyes so that just seems to work best for me. I’ve purchased this eyeliner six times on Amazon. I will continue to use it as long as I can. I will say that when I started using it the cost was $5 and now it is $6 but I will say it is still worth the price. I also don’t have any trouble removing it with a simple face wash or make up remover wipe. This photo is after all day at work. I applied it at 6:00 am and it is now 5:20 pm.

I'm not a huge e.l.f fan but this eyeliner impressed me. It's soft and silky. The color is spot on. Application is easy and it looks amazing on. The longevity is fine for all day as long as you don't cry. In that case it provides racoon eyes. This is a good item at a good price point I recommend this eyeliner!

Second purchase👍 Stays in place. It will smudge if you take a brush to it if you like softening your line. Otherwise- stays in place. Great behavior. I tend to have combo skin- oily here and dry there. I can smile, scrunch my eyes, hear a sad story and my eyeliner is the same. For hours. This a very good, smooth, waxy liner with a slight shine, that applies like velvet even on middle aged eyelids. If you have 20 year old eyelids then this will be like silky butter. This is my favorite No Budge eyeliner from ELF. This is one of three. Mascaras we are at 2-2. The cream blush with shimmer is up there with NARS orgasm. ELF is totally worth trying and their prices make it hard to say no.

It was a good eyeliner that went on easily and stayed put well, but after the third use it broke off at the base and the whole eyeliner fell down the sink when I opened the cap. I was so annoyed, I threw away the container. Now I can't even get a refund or replacement.

My fav eyeliner was discontinued so I tried 10+ different ones of all price ranges to replace it. This one topped the list for what I needed: great color, thin line, ease of application (not too hard or too soft), ability to sharpen, and staying power. This inexpensive elf was the only one that had it all. Love it and the price is unbeatable.

Pro: I like both the brown and charcoal color, softness and it glides well with the sharp point along the eye line on both upper and lower lashes. I was careful to let it set for 30 seconds so it wouldn't smudge, and it lasted all day for me. I didn't remove it with anything, just washed my face with tepid water and in the morning nothing was on my silk pillowcase so that was fine with me. I can't comment on how waterproof it is, but it has great smudge resistance once set. Con: I've only used it once, so I have no idea how long it will last yet. It doesn't have a built-in sharpener and crayon is quite thin so I'm not giving it 5 stars until I've had it long enough. If Amazon allows an update, I'll do a followup review. Updated: 9-13-25 - I continue to purchase these when I need them, but I only use it 2 or 3 times a week. It has lasted me well enough, that I am giving it an extra star because it is soft and doesn't drag on my eyelids. I'm elderly now, so that's an important consideration as my skin ages! It's not 'waterproof' in my opinion, but that's an aspect that I prefer. It doesn't smear once set and comes off easily in the shower.

Very pigmented. Easy to apply. Wears well and it really makes my eyes pop. Doesn't budge yet it isn't a pain to remove.

this went on smooth and washed off nicely. I liked that it is a warm shade of black. I don't think there is enough product in the tube tough.
