Italian Roast, 5 lb (80 oz), Dark, Kosher, Whole Bean

This coffee is so fresh and so delicious! As soon as you open the bag, the rich aroma of dark chocolate cocoa and caramel intoxicated my nose. I use a French press and I grind it course. The flavor extraction is supreme in just 4 mins. I only need 5 TBSP for 3/4 of a 50 oz press. This creates a velvety, full flavor cup of coffee that completely irresistible. If I accidentally wake up in the middle of the night, it is very hard for me to resist pressing a fresh carafe and get my day started. I've failed this mission several times. Bottom line: you will not be disappointed. This coffee hits the spot EXACTLY the way coffee is meant to. 😋

This is our go-to coffee. I love the whole bean Italian roast, and even though my wife usually prefers a lighter coffee, she loves this one as much as I do. It is smooth, full of flavor, and not bitter at all. We have tried other roasts from the same brand, but this Italian roast is our personal favorite. We keep re-ordering it because it consistently tastes great and is perfect for brewing at home. On top of that, it is a great value for the quality you get. If you like a rich, flavorful coffee that is not overpowering, this Italian roast is hard to beat.

I have tried many of the dark roast whole bean coffees sold on Amazon. This one is very good, taste good and is exceptionally smooth. Bag came in perfect sealed condition. Beans look and smell great.

Excellent coffee, I bought whole bean by accident but was very pleasantly surprised at the great flavor. I preferred it hot and black. I served to family members and they commented on how good it was. The brand is excellent I have tried 2 flavors so far and would definitely try the others.

This coffee has great flavor! Doesn’t have that bitterness that some coffees have.

This is probably the worst coffee I have ever purchased. I could tell when I opened the bag that it was not a dark roast. Dark roast beans should be very dark, these were not. Not only did not appear to be a dark roast, but it definitely did not taste like a dark roast. As a matter of fact it had no taste. If I could have chosen no stars, I would have.

Nice coffee! A little robusto blended in for a bit of punch which I love. Makes a very good espresso. It was quite fresh when recieved and the price was spectacular. Highly recommend!
