We Have been Blue Tokai fans for quite some time now , after we had a taste of it, about 5 to 6 years back at my daughters restaurant in Delhi . Ever since then, we have been ordering the BlueTokai coffee and the flavour and the taste has always been Par Exellence .

There is a Blue Tokai Coffee franchise near my apartment building and everytime I went inside to buy a Latte or Cappuccino, the heady aroma of the delicious coffee brewed inside the cafe intoxicated me. Now during these Covid quarantine months I constantly crave that aroma and was overjoyed to see that Amazon sells Blue Tokai products. This mixed bag of easy pour drip style coffee has a range of light to dark coffees. 1. Nachammai estate coffee is this lovely light roast with a fruity and citrusy taste. Quite delicious on it's own as a black brew without sugar. (My Fav). 2. Thogarihunkal estate coffee too has a fruity taste but has a tad more body than the Nachammai one and is a medium roast. I prefer it with a slight sprinkling of Brown sugar (great as an after meal drink). 3. Attikan estate is where you know you have entered serious coffee territory; the flavour is quite rich and nutty and needs a splash of milk and a tsp of sugar to enjoy the nuttiness of the brew. (Evening coffee) 4. Vienna dark roast is this bold coffee with pronounced bitterness that was difficult for me to drink black, but transformed into this amazing tasty concoction with a good helping of milk and sugar. (Perfect punch to wake you up in the morning) The only con is the amount of time taken to brew this coffee as it is drip style and takes a good 5-7 minutes to make, so if you are in a hurry then better not go for it. But hey! your time and patience will be rewarded with this delicious ambrosial drink.

I appreciate the concept behind this product—it’s a great way to explore different coffee flavors, especially for those who rely on instant coffee. It gives you a glimpse of what good coffee should taste like. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the packs seem to be old stock. The nitrogen infusion is a nice touch, but it still can’t match the richness of freshly ground coffee—there’s definitely room for improvement there. Another small letdown is the pack size. Each one contains only 11g, which feels a bit skimpy. It would be better with at least 13-15g to deliver a fuller, more satisfying brew. Overall, it’s a solid product with a clever idea, but the freshness and portion size need some work. I would have happily given it 5 stars, but these issues held me back.

It's good . . Can buy.. It's very easy to use.. just open the sachet and pour hot water into it.. see video I have tried it as black coffee and also with added milk.. This is a Mixed Bag unit.. i.e. it comes with a mix of coffees.. (also see the photos for the same) Coffee Intensity 1 - Fruity & Zesty pouch (lightest flavour - my favourite) Coffee Intensity 2 - Fruity & Medium bodied pouch Coffee Intensity 3 - Nutty & Chocolatey pouch (if u add 2-3 TSP of hot milk to this, it will taste very close to the regular Bangalore filter coffee) Coffee Intensity 4 - Bold & Strong pouch (strongest flavour, also very good if u like very strong coffee) Although the box instructs one to add 180 ml of hot water, I felt 150 ml gives better flavour. As a comparison, it's better than Nestle Gold Blend Coffee and Nestle Alta Rica coffee.. for sure you will stop having the Nestle coffee once u have this one for few times.. I have finished 10 pouches and not am not able to bring myself to go back to Nestle.. maybe It's fresh flavour of Blue Tokai ... so overall better and costlier than Nestle.. 1 box with 10 pouches of Blue Tokai costs Rs. 400/-.. so request Blue Tokai to reduce the price..

Really good and convenient way to get you morning cup of great tasting coffee.

I usually drink this brand and have always been satisfied with the quality. However, I was busy recently and ordered it through Amazon instead of purchasing it directly from the store. The current date is mid-January 2026, but the manufacturing date on the coffee beans I received is August 2025. Had I known that beans produced so long ago would be sent, I would have gone to the store and purchased them in person. Additionally, the box arrived quite dusty. I think it would be better if the packaging were cleaned before shipping.

By following the instructions on the package (180 mL hot water for each bag), I ended up with a coffee-solution that's great in taste, but a little less strong for my liking. After adding a splash of milk, the taste is even more muted. So, use about 30% less water if you want a stronger coffee. I recommend adding no milk or sugar so one can exactly enjoy the various flavour profiles of each coffee sachet. Would definitely like to buy this again. I would also like to try if we can use this to make cold-brew coffee; wonder if the flavour might be more pronounced.
