Direct Fit for Yamaha CP2 Engines
Used twice now on a Tenere 700.The -9S model includes a stainless gasket for better retention (this comes from the NGK tech info dept.) that had been specified by Honda vs the standard -9 plug. If you just need plugs, these are functionally identical to a standard LMAR8A-9, and will work in any factory CP2 powered bike (MT07, FZ07, Tracer 700, etc). I get about 12k~14k mi reliably out of these before noticing anything, but they're cheap so I just change them at 10~12k when I'm in there. You could swap for iridium and just change during valve service as well.FYI the iridium version (from NGK tech dept. again), is LMAR8BI-9Be sure to check your plugs for possible fakes though. Amazon has had issues here and there with fake NGKs sneaking into their supply stream. NGK has a helpful ID webpage about it.
