Heard about this on the Dr. Oz show so we decided to give it a try. It works but you can't stay on it for longer than 4 weeks. My son, who likes all things fried and has high cholesterol tried it and it worked. He started to lose weight. His belly shrunk a little but now that we stopped it, he's back to his regular waist size. I would recommend it for anyone trying to kickstart a weight lost. As for my son, well, we will likely try it again in the near future.

This has been a great product for me! Increased energy and an awesome supplement for my weight loss efforts! My biggest complaint is the packaging. I have received everything from a perfectly packaged (glass) bottle to one shattered with the label literally holding the bottle together (Yes, I returned that one!). The pills inside are sticky, so the MAJORITY of the time, when I get the bottle every pill is stuck together in a large clump. The capsules aren't melted, but almost glued together. I would recommend more silica packets (usually only one inside the bottle, sometimes none) to reduce this sticking. Last night I opened my latest bottle and it was almost cemented together, so much so that I had to pound the bottle on the counter to break off two or three capsules. I continued in this manner until I loosened all of the pills, then added multiple silica packets from the previous three bottles as I had been saving them because I know how they are stuck together 9 out of ten shipments. I think I smashed one capsule in the process (LOL).

This product does work with a good workout plan and diet. Stick with it and you will see results. I workout 5 days a week and I needed it for my abdominal area to cut the body fat. Make sure you drink plenty of water with it.

Did lose weight while I took it around the waist line, 3 stars cause it made me burp yucky ALOT. Otherwise good product
