Horbäach Turmeric Curcumin Supplement | 90 Capsules | Complex with Black Pepper | Non-GMO, Gluten Free

I started taking this supplement a few months ago as part of my daily routine, and I have to say, it really works. After just a week, I noticed better circulation in my feet, which is a big deal for me since I tend to get cold feet due to poor circulation. My job doesn’t exactly help, since I spend hours sitting at my desk. I am not a fan of the rice powder used, but in comparison to other supplements, it's really not that big of a deal. Honestly, my only regret is that I didn’t start taking this supplement sooner.

I had to stop taking ibuprofen a few months ago because of gastric damage. My C Reactive Protein and Sedimentation Rate levels were above the recommended range even with the ibuprofen, but after I had to stop it, they both zoomed up even higher. So the first thing I tried was Horbaach's Curcumin with Black Pepper. I just had my levels tested again, and even before finishing the first bottle, the C Reactive Protein went from 23 to 9 (now within normal range) and the Sedimentation Rate has gone from 64 to 14 (now in the middle of the normal range!) I don't have much pain from my messed up neck which I assume is causing the inflammation, so I can't say it's helped with pain that I can tell, but that wasn't a concern. I did have one day of constant non-painful stomach spasms, unusual for me, but that has not recurred.
