This is a great electrolyte for people who have any type of issues with sugar or artificial sweeteners. There is no taste, just a slight salty addition to your water and it works well to keep you hydrated when working out.

Definitely helps me! My functional medicine practitioner recommended that I start using this product. It does seem a little pricey, but it is most certainly worth it :) Would highly recommend.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. Price is Fair. Easy to use. One Important Note....Honestly, as others have stated, the Taste is yucky, but I just take a quick capfull of the Lytes... then immediately chase it down with a glass of wonderful cool water. Problem Solved and my Electrolytes are absorbed. Taste no Longer an Issue! Go ahead and have something delicious now or take a bite of an apple or whatever, to leave ya feeling refreshed with a good taste. All in All, Excellent Product and I will purchase AGAIN.

No cramps since using this product

Ok so these electrolytes are QUALITY y'all! They do such a great job with hydration and are so clean, and I love that I'm not spiking my blood sugar when I use them! I've noticed that I cramp so much less after working out, and I actually use them throughout the day in my water to help with my energy, focus, and overall health. The Reason for 4/5: ok, it says a capful per so much water, I would at least double the water because when I tell y'all I nearly spit it out the first time! It was SO salty (as it should be I guess) but I wasn't expecting it and I need to warn you - dilute it as much as you need to be able to use it!! I also added some lemon and other fruits to help mask the taste because even diluted I have a little bit of a hard time. I've gotten much more used to it but it was a shock at first, and definitely took some adjusting after using all the sugary electrolytes for so long!

This product came with solid flakes floating in the liquid, and tasted very sour. I tried to return the product but was informed it was not eligible for return. I was given no reason for it being ineligible. I would definitely stay away from this product as you have no recourse if it’s bad.

Love this form of electrolytes, very clean!!! Most have tons of sugar, this one does not. We put a cspful into a 1/2 in of water and shoot it!

Dissolves easily, tastes better than most

I’ve tried about 3 other electrolytes in the past, all powders to mix in water. They’ve been incredibly salty and the effects have been just okay. I’ve also tried Potassium & magnesium supplements but didn’t feel a difference. I’m a seasoned faster and by 36hrs I tend to lose my ‘get up & go’. I’m not lethargic but I lose motivation to do much. I tend to only go as far as 48hrs because I need to get things done. My last 72hr fast was pretty much lying on the sofa on the last day. So I’m currently at 44hrs as I write this and feel perfectly normal. I’ve been sipping this in water for the last 24hrs. Equivalent to 2 tsps. It’s also a fine taste as it simply tastes like slightly metallic & ever so slightly saltier water. I dilute it a fair bit. I was going to end my fast this morning but have decided to continue towards the stem cell creation phase of 72hrs if I continue feeling this good. So I’m super happy & will know definitively after I see how far I can go, and possibly on a second fast in the future. But so far very positive.

I started using BodyBio e Lyte to support hydration and energy and I really notice the difference compared to sugary electrolyte drinks. I like that it has a clean ingredient list with no added sugar or artificial flavors, and it mixes easily into water without an overpowering taste. It helps me feel more hydrated, especially on busy days, during workouts, or when I feel run down. It feels gentle on my system and effective.

Crystallizes a bit but it melts back in no problem. Works incredibly well, I don’t notice a taste at all and hydrates well for someone with Ehlers Danlos which is always low in electrolytes. I’ve changed my review. Will definitely buy again

No flavor, electrolytes. I add to my coffee in the morning. I knocked off a star because it did have sediment at the bottom( wasn't much) a good shake is all it needed. Also the bottle appeared to be leaking as it came encrusted with salt and was missing a small amount. It would be better if the bottle was sealed and not just with a cap ( like ketchup or mustard).
