e.l.f. No Budge Retractable Eyeliner, Creamy, Ultra-Pigmented, Coffee

This brand is a go to now. This is the only brand that truly stayes on and when I want to take it off it comes off. I won't waste money on any other brand no matter the price. The color lasts and stays sharp and visable. Easy to put on, no tugging, it's soft. Not sure about waterproof but I sweat.

Love this product...I have tried many eyeliners over the year...for the price this is the best...it goes on smooth and stays on without smudging....and you can't beat the price....great value for the money.

Pro: I like the brown color, softness and it glides well with the sharp point along the eye line on both upper and lower lashes. I was careful to let it set for 30 seconds so it wouldn't smudge, and it lasted all day for me. I didn't remove it with anything, just washed my face with tepid water and in the morning nothing was on my silk pillowcase so that was fine with me. I can't comment on how waterproof it is, but it has great smudge resistance once set.Con: I've only used it once, so I have no idea how long it will last yet. It doesn't have a built-in sharpener and crayon is quite thin so I'm not giving it 5 stars until I've had it long enough. If Amazon allows an update, I'll do a followup review.

I love this eyeliner!! It is easy to apply and goes on smooth. It doesn't break like other eyeliner pencils. Great price!!

I don't wear a lot of makeup as it, and I wanted to add something that matched my natural dark brown features. This eyeliner is fantastic, easily applies to your skin and it's easy to take off with makeup wipes. I've had no issue with it smudging on my eyes, as it's stayed in place all day when it comes to moving around and manual labor. It is waterproof, that's true! And it stays on for at least 7 hours. You can touch it up and it looks great when re-applying. I'm going to buy this eyeliner again, especially knowing this was the first time I've bought an Elf branded product before!

This isn't bad, but I am slightly disappointed; my eye liner pencil was new and not damaged. I found it a bit dry and, although it said it could be used on the waterline, I find it dry, thick and slightly uncomfortable on my sensitive eyes. It doesn't run or flake, the colour is as expected. I do use it, but if I had a pencil with a finer tip and a nicer feel, I would throw this away. Mine might be a bit old, by some fluke, and my eyes are probably more sensitive than average. This pencil could work very well for some, especially people who want a thicker line along the external lash line (although don't expect to blend it out a lot). It is doing the job when I absolutely need something, though. I was just hoping for a slightly different formula.

I am quite pleased with this eyeliner. The product, itself, went on very easily. It had almost a silky feeling as I applied it to both top and bottom lids. The black color is rich. The retractable dispenser is easy to use.

Excellent quality! I'm familiar with this brand but never tried this particular eye liner. I got Black, and it's perfect: color, long-long-long lasting, and glides on well!
