Great Program, great cord, amazing purchase!
The software is great! Way better than what Yeasu gives us on usability. The cord is a very high quality and the driver install process was a breeze. A must have if you like programming all your local repeaters in a reasonable amount oftime. Well worth it’s weight in gold!

I didn't have any trouble connecting the radio to the software once installed. Loaded all my local 2 meter frequencies and trying to learn more about this radio and software. It does so much, however connecting to the radio has always been the issue for me in the past with these cables and this one worked flawlessly.

Could not Install
Not having a CD-ROM drive in my Surface, I tried to download from their web site. The download failed - something about an illegal character in my e-mail address, which was correct. So, I tried to call their technical support - oops, they do not provide support on a Saturday afternoon at 4:00. I might change my rating if I ever get this product working.

So happyThe simplification of programming all those channels really helps the Marine band is already set you just have to throw it in. I really wish somebody was motivated and made a YouTube about this. The initialization instructions are outstanding

Drivers installed without a hitch. The software works excellently. Make sure you download from your radio before uploading to it.
