Consistent Cash Flow Paperback – February 20, 2014

The information contained within Consistent Cash Flow is fundamental for all business owners to understand.The book is particularly good for business owners that do not have a strong financial background. However, in my case I have strong financial experience, so after reading the book I bought several more copies for specific employees within my company that had weaker financial backgrounds. This allowed us to talk the same language.Probably one of the most significant messages within Consistent Cash Flow is the message the Author weaves throughout the book on the positive attitude a business owner should have towards their money and how to measure success.Good read and re-read if you are a little shaky on your businesses numbers.

I think this book is a "must" for those business owners/managers who are befuddled by this whole financial process. The author does a great job of explaining the most important financial reports that are needed, what they mean, and why they're necessary. I especially liked the explanation of the cash flow forecast, something that many have heard of and very few understand. Many financial books are prolonged and dry - this one is an easy read, succinct, yet clear and concise. Increase your financial aptitude and stay awake doing it!

As a business owner I had a basic understanding of my financials. This easy to read book helped me understand the power of my financials in my goal setting and decision making I now have a way to think about and use my financials to get the life I dreamed about when starting my business. It is a book I come back to again and again, as a reference guide and a reminder of why I went into business for myself in the first place. If you're a business owner then this is a MUST READ over and over again!!

The author does an excellent job of explaining how your attitude toward money and your ability to use bookkeeping information affect the profitability and cash flow of your business. You do not have to be an accountant to benefit from this book. The author never uses the words "debit" or "credit" while explaining how to organize and use financial statements to make informed business decisions. The information contained in Consistent Cash Flow is critical to every business, large or small, and is presented clearly and without distraction. I recommend this book without reservation.

Great book in language everyone can understand.

Even if you think you know all about cash flow and business finances you should read this book. Tremendous insight into how to track, collect, measure and spend money for any business owner.

Both a starter book if you need to learn to love the numbers as well as a practical guide to some of the deeper issues in the way your business making great profits.
