Dinosaur Hunters (Step into Reading)

My 5 year old, who is an early reader, loves this book! It's just the right level for him and it is also informative. He received this for his birthday at his request to have a book about dinosaurs that he could learn from. It was the perfect book for him as an early reader. The pictures are colorful and bright. The cover is of good quality, too.

Great story, perfect read for my son,

My 5 year old grandson has been insisting for months that he's "going to be a paleontologist" when he grows up. So, even though a lot of words in this book are well beyond his current reading level, he Absolutely Loves it! -- and he wants it read to him over and over. Big hit!

My 7 yr old loves everything dinosaur and wants to be a paleontologist when he grows up. This book offers insight into the history of paleontology and some tidbits of info that had him cross referencing his other books!

This is purchased for a 7 year old who reads very well. Want to keep him moving ahead and believe he will like the Dinosaur Hunters book and explanations on how they find them.

I love these series. But most important that my son does. I got 40+ books and he loves to read them (usually it is not that easy to make him read). I got mix of 2-3-4-5 levels for the second grader, second level is too easy, but it creates some fun and he reads them with pleasure. Love it, I would recommend it.

Wonderful book for my struggling reader son! I wish they made more books like this. Short but challenging. Not babyish.

My five year old just loves to read and is reading at a 4th grade level which makes it difficult to find books to interest her because as the older a child gets, the more questionable some of the reading becomes, but this did the trick, there were not words like: stupid, fat, dumb, but it still had a story line.
