As a real estate student this book reminded me of the things that might hinder my performance and study habits. It showed me some ideas to help me increasing my productivity and focus for better results.It did have techniques but I would have loved to see the author go more in depth with these techniques. It still contains great techniques to help anyone focus on the goal.I would recommend this book to anyone that needs to learn better study habits or someone needing to achieve better marks or better focus while in school.
