Update and a 10 thumbs up!
It has been a year now, and then some, since I purchased this upright rollator walker, and I am even more impressed now, than when I first wrote my review. That is because I had an issue, past the warranty date, and yet the company came through with flying colors to solve my problem and then some.A few weeks ago the left arm rest split. I was able to get it functioning again with a good bit of super glue and duct tape. Then I noticed there was an e-mail address given on the product flyer that came with my OasisSpace rollator, so I thought, it can't hurt to try. So I wrote them, explained the product was out of warranty, but could I PURCHASE a replacement arm rest for the left side. They wrote back quickly, to reassure me they would be happy to solve this problem, and would be sending me a new arm rest, free of charge, and free shipping too. The package arrived on this past Saturday morning, and inside was not only the left arm rest piece, but also the right arm rest piece. So if/ or when the right one goes, I can replace that one too.Talk about surprised! I was over the moon. That is wonderful customer service by anyone's standards. So again, I would highly recommend this product. I have now logged many, many, many miles walking with my OasisSpace upright walker, and without it I cannot walk more than a few steps. It has made a huge change for the better, in my life. Given me more freedom, more confidence and more self-esteem as well.I am loving my new OasisSpace Upright Rollator. It arrived exactly when promised, packaged well, and assembled quickly and easily. Adjustments are easy to make too. Before this purchase, I was using the standard rollator, bent over and it was killing my shoulders and back. I was unable to walk for any more than 4 minutes, tops. Since my OasisSpace upright has arrived, I am now walking 1/2 mile every day and feeling better, stronger as well. I could never have managed this with my old rollator. I am so glad I purchased this wonderful product. I will try and remember to come back and update my review after a while and hopefully I will have even more good things to share, thanks to my new Oasis Space upright rollator.8/27/20 - I have now owned my Oasis Space rollator for more than 6 weeks and I am more than happy with it. I have been out walking every single day (missed 2 days due to rain) since the day after it arrived. Before that I was unable to walk more than 4 minutes with my regular rollator. Now I am walking nearly 4/10ths a mile. I know that does not sound like much, but when you haven't really walked in YEARS, it's quite a lot.Two months ago I had breathing tests done. One of them required me to walk for 6 minutes wearing a pulse oximeter to see how my oxygen levels were holding up. I could not walk for 6 minutes. The best I could do was 4 minutes, and I was totally exhausted and had to sit down for several minutes to recuperate. Now I'm walking for at least 20 minutes. No, I do not and can not walk really fast, but I am up and outside in the fresh air every morning, and walking again. Something I've not been able to do for years. Am I happy with my new Upright Rollator? You bet I am. I'm delighted with it.

Thrilled, So Far
I just got this today. Excited is an understatement, which I admit is slightly bizarre. Who gets excited about a walker, after all? I've had back problems my whole life. I developed scoliosis while still in elementary school. Then I was in a serious auto accident in my early 20s. Then I developed arthritis in my spine in my 40s. Then another serious accident a few years ago, resulting in two back surgeries. Alas, neither worked, so have been in agony since then. It's gotten to the point where I'm close to tears most days. I refuse to undergo additional surgery, nor do I wish to take pain medication, which were the only two options my doctors gave me. I found this walker and decided to try it. So far, I'm thrilled I did. Took me a little while to put together, as I'm dyslexic and the instructions are lacking in detail.Couldn't wait to try it. Wow! It's like I have a new back. Although I'm not particularly tall (5'6"), I have a long torso, so opted for the tall version, and I'm so glad I did. When I stand, I can feel my spine stretching and straightening out. It's amazing! If I never used it for anything else, it's worth every penny just for that. It's easily maneuverable, easily folded, and mostly stable. The only difficulty I've had so far is with the thresholds in my apartment. They're not really tapered, so the front wheels run into them and stop, causing the walker to tilt forward. Fortunately, I was prepared for that. I haven't taken it outside yet to test the all-terrain ability. I'll be doing that this evening. The brakes work well, but oddly, don't lock so that the walker is capable of rolling away when attempting to use the seat. I'll try to figure out how to modify that and will post an update if I find a solution. The bag is quite large and will accommodate a large purse easily, and seems to be sturdy enough to carry heavier items as well. There's a detachable shoulder strap that will come in handy. I did note a potential problem with the length of the brake cables. It seems that, if the armrests were needed at their maximum height, it may not be possible because the cables may be slightly too short. I suggest that the manufacturer simply add another 2 inches to the length. Fortunately, it is not an issue for me. I also suggest that an allen wrench be included, Probably not a problem for most, but I don't have many tools and that would have been helpful. I haven't tried to lift it and stash it in my car yet, and will update this review if I encounter any difficulty. Can't wait to start going for walks for the first time in 3 years. So excited.

Very good walker and excellent manufacturer support.
We bought this for my wife mostly based on the folding/latching mechanism. Assembly was no problem although the direction were a bit minimalist. After a little bit of use the rear left wheel started making a clicking noise. I made sure all of the screws were tight and that the brake was not rubbing on the wheel but was not able to fix the problem. My wife contacted Oasis and asked for help. Pearl contacted my wife fairly quickly and after some troubleshooting asked for us to take a short video to help them see and hear the problem. Once they viewed the video they agreed that the wheel was the problem and shipped us 2 new wheels. While we were waiting to receive the tracking number we actually received the wheels! After replacing the wheel we have had no problems with the walker and my wife loves it!

So far, so good!
I tried this out today with my Orthopedic PT daughter. She angled the hand holds in a bit which made them more comfortable on the arm rest. She found a way to safely attach the brake cords so they don’t fly around so much. And most of all she got the wheels setjust right so they don’t pull to the right which is my fault not the chair’s. Hopefully it will help me with my bad posture. Now I just need to figure out how to get in the car.It fits in the trunk easily now that I figured the placement and maneuvers. The little tie down hooks, which I never saw before were getting in way. Now I just make sure they’re not blocking anything.PS: I call it “Granny’s Chariot”. That’s what it feels/looks like when I use it. My Granddaughter is going to make a sign for the front. A little humor might strike up some conversations.
