No warranty on Heys
Heys Hardsided Luggage Don't buy Heys Luggage. I have two pieces of the polycarbonate and I tried to get warranty repair One with a faulty zipper and one which the spinner wheel broke. I have been calling for (literally) 2 months and left (again literally) well over a dozen messages. I get no calls back.I've called the number on their warranty tag: 305-629-9720 and also 954-843-9800 their repair center. Have also tried 877-276-4397. Once spoke to someone who said they no longer do Heys warranty work and she gave me these other numbers. So not only does their luggage fail, but you can't even get them to call back.

Durable...but scratched alot during first use!?
It's really cool looking, but got scratched on first trip...six different flights. Is there product to spray it with to stop the scratching? Hate to go back to black leather...but it held up for literally a million miles! This Heys makes me wonder...boycott China made products? Morris Massey

Loved the piece I got.
Loved it but wish I could have gotten a matching carry-on! But know I wiill enjoy 'finding' this one on the luggage pick-up.
