Alarm tone was not within elderly user’s hearing range. Otherwise the product was good quality and easy to set up and use.

The alarm is so soft it can barely be heard even when it's close by. I've missed a few doses because I did not hear it go off. Because of that defect, I can not recommend this version.

Buyer beware, each day comes apart and if you are moving it around or transporting it, they like to fall apart. I am probably going to tape them together on the backside so they stop coming apart.

At first I was extremely difficult and disappointed because the size print to set the alarms. Even with my bifocals and a magnifying glass I couldn't read. So it sat with others trying to help me. None of the could read it. My nurse does my med set up weekly. She had never seen one like this, and none of the others my clients bought you could at least read the directions. A friend finally came and she set it up. I could finally get that nudge take your meds. I've been able to do night meds consistently! But meds are being done 4 times a day now. To our surprised this was capable of three alarms. So we set for 9, 2, 6. I am now getting medications all day consistently!
