Q: Will the touch screen on Surge still work with the screen protector on?

Yes it works as our screen protector doesn't have issues with touch sensitivity.

Q: How does the film do in water? i.e., since the FitBit is water-resistant... if I wear my watch in the shower or wash my hands, will the film peel?

I havent swam with my Fitbit on, so I couldnt tell you if it peals in the water. But I havent had the film peal while I wash my hands.

Q: what is the measurement?

It Fit's the Surge perfectly. The Surge FACE is slightly wider than it is tall (this can be a little deceiving because the display part of the face is taller than it is wide). Make sure to orient the protector appropriately. I measured the protector at 1 5/32" vertical by 1 7/32" horizontal. Assuming that all of these are cut EXACTLY the same, when you get the screen protector perfectly aligned on all four sides you will see maybe 1/100" of the actual surge face all the way around.
