Great value for money
Bought as a 2nd time phone for a teenager, functionality met our spec (did not need great camera or video), has given fautless service and really looks the part.

Bit disappointed!
The Bluetooth on the phone for some reason doesn't work and I really just wanted to transfer my music on to it, but couldn't. I feel I've wasted my money tbh. :( the phone is very tidy and hasn't got many scratches but I still feel disappointed.

A Big Mistake
Yep, it looks pretty, but found it to be false economy. Was looking for a pay as you go phone without spending the earth and regretted it. Sound is bad (missed lots of calls), music player is a waste of time, camera is very poor. I guess you get what you pay for but having tried and tested this, I'd say it's only worth £25 max. I took the Sony Ericsson brand as quality, but maybe that's just in their higher end phones?

Hard to review
Another product which is hard to review as it was another gift, from what I saw the phone looked well used, came with all contacts/messages etc from previous owner and didn't work very well. My mum hated it although she had exactly the same phone before hand which broke. I can only comment on what I saw of it as I didn't use it. However the phone itself (when brought new) Is a great model.

AVOID
I've had this phone for about 18 months. I've had to send it away for repair 4 times and it's been replaced twice. Sony Ericsson claim there is no world-wide fault with this phone (I'm just that unlucky?!) and all they're willing to do is replace it for the third time. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!!! And if possible I would just avoid Sony Ericsson altogether as there customer service is ridiculously bad!

Steer clear
I have had two of these phones in quick succession. The first one would not pick up a signal in my house, though other mobiles work. Vodafone changed it for another which was even worse. It has had a software upgrade and the antenna changed, and it still said 'Emergency calls only'. At last Vodafone agreed to exchange it and I have got a Nokia 6300 which seems brilliant. Steer clear!
