It was very simple to file my claim with Asurion. It was fast and easy. As soon as I sent the items back my account was credited the same day. I trust Asurion to handle all my warranties on items I purchased.

No hassles just sent product back. The next day after dropping off the camera at the UPS store I received the gift card to purchase another one. Thank you for swift and fast service!

My experience was fantastic. I highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty from Asurion. My factory warranty had just run out a couple of weeks prior to my speaker not working. I contacted Asurion and they sent me a shipping label right away to send it back and I received my e gift card the same day that I dropped it off at UPS. It was worth every penny!

I purchased this plan with a dashcam I bought for my car and it stopped working so I contacted Asurion and used the live chat. They looked up the product and my policy and said it was covered then asked for my email which I gave them. I then got an email that said I need to reach out to the manufacturer. Then the person I was chatting with started responding again and said they will email me a shipping label and I have to send it back and once it gets scanned they will send me a gift card. This protection plan just requires more work on my part and doesnt really resolve much.

I would have given it a 5 star but I just wanted my speaker replaced. They sent me a gift card for the amount not including tax or shipping (which shipping was free). Everything else was great but they didn't give the option to have it replaced.
