Great low light IP POE camera! No WiFi. Worth it.
This is a step above the low end of IP cameras. Full-featured with many high-end camera control in software with ONVIF, works directly with PC/Chrome. I have it connected to a NVR, and get to the control panel via PC. This does not have PTZ or zoom but the image quality is excellent. Smart detection works. The top feature is that it works with very low ambient light.Yes, you should spend more and get this as long as you don't need PTZ or Zoom and can benefit from better night time vision! This is about 2X the price of a cheap fixed lens camera.

Best lowlight IP cameras I have used so far.
I have used a variety of cameras from many different manufactures and I ca say to date these are the best performing nighttime cameras in this price point. For many years, nighttime cameras were only 2mp to not overwhelm the utilized sensor. These come with a 1/1.8” sensor which allows these 4mp cameras to have stellar nighttime video. These sensors are also used in 4k/8mp cameras as well but then you start overwhelming the sensor which will add noise to your image. This brings me to saying that these offer a well-balanced image during day and night. Again, for this price range this is the best-balanced camera you can purchase if nighttime image quality is a must. Look for the 5442 series and you should not be disappointed. This camera also records audio since it has a built in mic.The first image is in IR mode and it is about 2:45am with street lighting and a car driving by.The second image is the same camera at 4am with just street lights in color mode. The third image is again same camera almost at 8am.Still working on my color saturation but this should give you some ideas of the quality you get form these cameras. They are well worth the price.

Great camera from a great seller
The camera is really great day and especially at night. I do plenty of research on cameras before purchasing them because I want them to be a one-time purchase. This camera is amazing for its price. The large sensor size really excels at night. The camera size is fairly small and unobtrusive. This package also came with many accessories that most sellers do not include; quick start guide in English, surface mounting plate, positioning sticker, wall anchors with screws, and waterproofing housing for the ethernet connector.Seller is one that I have bought from directly and on Amazon. One of the best sellers out there, knowledgeable and I trust.

Excellent Color Night Vision
I hooked this camera up to a Samsung/Hanwha Techwin HRX-1620 DVR and was able to connect it with either ONVIF or RTSP. This is my first IP camera and I've immediately fallen in love with IP cameras powered with PoE/PoE+. No more having to custom order video cables and power supplies like I had to with analog cameras, and the framerate is not as limited either. It's got a built in web server so you can configure it over the network, which is awesome (on analog cameras, you usually have to fiddle with a little joystick thing using a usually terrible OSD menu). It has a good number of configuration options. In particular, this camera has excellent night vision capability; it does have a B/W night time mode, but you can configure it to stay in color mode 24/7 and it still works very well in very low light conditions, which is what I was looking for. I'm impressed.

Downgraded housing/mount
I bought these cameras thinking they would be similar to the 5442 cameras I had purchased in 2022. Unbeknownst to me, the housing and mount was changed for the worse. The old housing style is on the left, and the new style is on the right. The old style was a 3 piece design, where everything was held together by a security torx screw. When the screw was tightened, everything was locked up and the camera could not be moved or adjusted. It was simple to install, had a small footprint, and was rock solid. The new style is larger and uses a mounting plate with a lever. It is also more expensive than the old style, probably to account for the added complexity of the housing and mount. The lock screw is a Phillips now, and it does not lock up the camera ball, so it can still be repositioned after it is locked. This is a terrible design because it allows somebody to easily change the cameras direction, and there is no good way to lock the camera ball into place. The picture quality is still much better than the old style, but it seems like such a regression in the mounting. Keep it simple. It's more of a pain to install now than before, and it's bulkier. Go back to the old housing please.

Great low light camera
Camera working as intended with quick delivery. Easy setup and great low light camera. Currently running in color mode at night and does a great job. I purchased the 2.8mm version, so the field of view is great as well. The only negative is the design of the tabs that the camera sits in for tilt. If not lined up properly the camera will be loose and not have the needed friction to stay in place. It takes some patience or tape on back of camera to resolve.

Great Night Vision and Picture Quality with a Wide Field of View.
I needed a dependable camera for the driveway since it's our "main" camera so I did a little research online and ended up purchasing this camera.. It's basically a rebranded Dahua Starlight. It also has a wide field of view the great night vision reviews and the seller is very reputable in the Security Camera community. This camera has a lot of settings, more than the other Reolink cameras I have. It paired up with my Blue Iris software instantly since it's ONVIF capable. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Great Camera, Great Seller!
This is replacing a Lorex system that I had previously. Right out of the box without adjusting any settings, this camera completely blows the Lorex cameras out of the water. So far I've purchased 4 of these for coverage around my property and I am very impressed. Andy from EmpireTech has also been super helpful throughout the process of selecting the right cameras for my system. I would 10/10 recommend both this camera and buying from EmpireTech.
