Seventh Generation All Purpose Cleaner, Fresh Morning Meadow Scent, Cuts Grease, 23 Fl Oz

This cleaner was recommended in a book on making sourdough starter and baking bread. The author felt you wouldn't want harsh chemicals around your starter as it could kill the yeast you need to get it fermenting. But you need to keep the area clean so the starter doesn't get contaminated with molds. I can't speak to chemical compositions or environmental safety but I trust the author. I can say it cleans the counters and my stovetop really well. I always get a fine layer of flour all over the place and wash the surfaces at least once a day. There is no bad smell that burns my nose like the bleach cleaner sprays and the surface is sparkling afterwards. It only gets streaky if I didn't get all the flour off. I dry the surfaces with a towel because I want to be able to see if they are shiny clean so I don't know if it would dry streaky, but I don't think it does. It is very easy to dry.

We use this around the house all the time and it’s been really solid for everyday cleaning. The lemon chamomile scent is light and doesn’t hang in the air too long, which I like because some cleaners can get a little overpowering. It cuts through the usual kitchen messes without much effort and works well on counters, tables, and pretty much anything that needs a quick wipe down. I also like that it doesn’t leave any weird residue behind. Just spray, wipe, and everything feels clean without being greasy or sticky. Since it’s a four pack, we keep one in the kitchen, one in the bathroom, and stash the others in the laundry room so we always have one around. Who knew about Seventh Generation cleaners? Why did no one say anything? This cleaner is actually good and smells great (at least the Yuzu Basil smells great)! I was drawn to the "safe for pets" characteristic. At this time, I can not comment on streak resistance, but it seems to clean well on our counter tops.

Love this all purpose cleaning spray. I use it everyday for the kitchen, has a really nice, not over powering smell. Does not leave a residue like some cleaners. This is a great product with no harsh chemicals and leaves counters feeling smooth and smelling fresh. If you don't have a bottle yet, buy one. :)

I originally purchased the lemongrass scent. But it smelled more medicinal like sage than anything. It was not for me. I didn't even use it. I returned it. So I decided to try this since and this does have lemongrass oil in it, but it's so much better! And, the scent doesn't linger. The bottle ingredients are different than what is posted on this advertisement. The bottle clearly states lemongrass oil (see attached pics). Lemongrass oil is a natural pest deterrent, as well. Most importantly, this is a safe cleaner to use around my cat. 👍🏻😻

It’s a great multi purpose cleaning product and it has a nice fresh smell. I use it for the things that need to be cleaned everyday : the top of the oven after cooking, the kitchen counters, things like that. I like that this product is made with natural ingredients, and more importantly that it is non toxic and safe for pets. Before, when I was using a regular cleaner, which has lots of chemicals in it, I was always worried when my cats would jump on the counter when it’s freshly cleaned (especially my hyperactive kitten who likes to jump there WHILE I’m cleaning😮😫), because they might get some product under their paws, paws that they would lick at some point. I don’t have to worry about that anymore. On top of that, the bottle is made from recycled plastic, and it also has the vegan bunny logo, which means there’s NO ingredient that come from animals, AND that the product was NOT tested on animals. All that, for an affordable price. 🙂 That being said, keep in mind that it’s a multi purpose cleaner, so not specifically designed for deep clean. I don’t know how well it would perform for deep clean tasks, I didn’t try it. So it might work, or it might not, I can’t judge on that for now. If I do try it in the future, I will update this comment.

I have been looking for the cause of my nasal pain for a couple of years. I visited specialists, tried all kinds of medications either OTC or prescription and did CT scan, no luck, my pain come back every week. Then I realized my nasal pain came back every time after I deep-cleaned the kitchen and I was thinking the cleaner solution I was using may have caused my nasal problems. Now this is the only cleaner I use , I used it on stove, countertops, range hood, floors and anywhere, it cleans good with no scent (super important) and my nasal pain never comes back! No complain and recommend to anyone who is sensitive to scents.

This is a good cleaner! Gets off sticky, scummy build up no problem. Surprised as it says it doesn’t contain harsh chemicals. This does the job.
