Great driverless macro keyboard
I needed a macro pad that I could move between machines and which would work without drivers. That last point is important - most of the big name "programmable" keyboards need drivers installed to actually run the macros.The MAX-20 operates as a keyboard wedge. Once programmed (using windows software) it's just a USB keyboard and emits whatever keypresses you assign to each key (including modifiers, ctrl/alt/delete etc).It works great - the backlit cherry switches are just the icing on the cake.
