Good for kid
I purchased this for my 6-year-old child and have noticed it's excellent for mental wellness. Initially, I attempted to try it myself but didn't find it palatable and felt nauseated. Surprisingly, my child has no issues and actually enjoys it. Despite my personal experience, I believe it's beneficial for overall health.

The packaging said its chewable so i placed an order for it. Dont order if your kids aren’t old enough to gulp it with water.
