Exactly as described was worried at first but easy setup no issues everything works great and excellent buy included wifi

This was the worst computer I’ve ever purchased. It was refurbished. It had a lot of issues with the motherboard. I’m not sure if it was because it was refurbished or what the issue was. I returned it. It’s very heavy but of course it’s a computer. It connected to WiFi and Ethernet fine but it started making a clicking noise.

My package came well packed with everything I needed inside. Assembled and booted buuutt, Windows wouldn't activate. Had a IT guy remote connect and still couldn't help. Next day I call the number provided on the instructions included. By the early afternoon all my problems had been addressed and fully solved. They had to get some info and send me an email to remedy the issue but we're attentive and prompt with all I needed.Seriously, IF, emphasis on the IF, you encounter a problem just give the refurbishing company a call and they will put their cape on and save the day.

This bundle is unmatched for the price. The packaging the monitors and PC arrived in was very secure and everything inside the box was encased in air pads. The 19 inch monitors were much larger than I had anticipated, and the back plates and stands were easy to put on. My only quirk with this bundle, which is barely noticeable, is the VGA to HDMI adaptor that was included displays short on the monitor. However, if you take the time to adjust it, the space is not noticeable due to the black border around the monitors, causing it to entirely blend in. The PC is slim, and does not make a lot of noise or overheat. The PC itself does not connect to wifi, so the usb-wifi adapter included in the bundle is clutch.I did purchase a separate wireless keyboard and mouse because when reading the reviews, the mouse and keyboard in this bundle were not positively talked about, and in my own experience, they were also pretty cheap. I also connected a Bluetooth speaker to the PC because the preset speakers are, well, built-in PC speakers.Overall, the price and quality for the two monitors and the PC is incredible. I purchased this setup to do school and clinical work as I finish dental school, and to have my first home office setup. The dual monitors are perfect for me in dental school because I am able to tx plan and review radiographs at the same time through the two monitors.Whether you are in school, looking for a solid PC and monitors for the office, or are trying to find a cheap, reliable, and quality home office start-up computer, this is the moment I would suggest you press Add to Cart and stop the long search.

I bought this computer because of the specs and the price and believed it would come with the two monitors. Lo and behold they did not send the two monitors as advertised and when I contacted Amazon about it, they told me to speak to the vendor. I contacted the vendor about it and they told me to speak to Amazon. I contacted Amazon again and finally they told me to send the computer back and they couldn’t send out the extra monitor. A good computer for the price but I didn’t receive what was promised and advertised. 3 stars because at least the computer works

I was quietly fired for 4 months, unable to get leads, pay was shorted and then outright terminated on August 1st by a large insurance brokerage after enjoying a comfy 3 years working at home, I couldn't imagine anything else. Rather than loathing over a perceived loss, I decided to quickly move to a more grateful and deserving employer by investing in myself. That meant getting my own computer, sending out about 20 resumes and being EXTRA picky about who I was about to gift my labor to... I grabbed this system on the 7th to replace the former setup my former employer provided and it is working great. I am now employed with a great private firm, 4 days workweek vs the 6 day workweek nightmare most put up with.. and aep is around the corner so... I'm looking forward to reaping the rewards. I couldn't have done it without this package. It helped me gain my ahip, filled in the space where my employers equipment went so that was very satisfying... My former employer used a thinkcentre but, this is MUCH more powerful and its all mine! So no quietspying which was a fear of mine while working for them. I look forward in this being my very last job working for someone else as the pain and bitterness I experienced as an American employee still was worth it in the end as I have built up a nice nest egg and am just adding to it in preparation to fully expate. I will def be taking this computer with me if it lasts! It has been a great system and to others who are leaving jobs, this is a great business computer, excellent for starting a new business and even starting to work for yourself after a lifetime of serving those who may not appreciate you.

Edit for a new issue. Used the computer for a few hours and one morning came to a black screen. Hard drive can't be found to reboot. Tried using links to complain to seller but the SN# already has a claim ticket and it's not in my name. Looks like I'll have to screw around trying to figure out how to contact the right people to return something I already threw the boxes away for. Or, I'll save a few hours and just get another computer, from a different seller, ASAP. See my original 3 star review below.Computer came in three boxes. 2 monitor cables were included but the computer only had 1 port for the 2 cables so I had to find a different cable. I found a HDMI cable laying around but guess what, it doesn't have an HDMI cable port. It has the old school colored ports for keyboard or a mouse but not a common monitor port. Other than that it seems like it will work and last as I've purchased this same product a few years ago.
