It's hard to find braces for DonJoy has sizing listed on the XS/S as 4.5 - 6.5",

The stitching that holds in the metal bar tore after less than two months of use. Item is not as durable as other DonJoy products. I like the concept but the product needs to be more reliable and is not for longer term use.

This is a good item for carpal tunnel archer keep your wrist tight

This brace was to small so I gave to my brother but I will be ordering another one for myself. I’ve been using this brand for a while and it is a good quality brace

After wearing this brace for a little over 10 days, the stitching came apart, exposing the metal splint. I don't think I was using it all that heavily. I wore it while riding my bike to work a few times. I think it was about the right size - I was on the large end of the XS/S and on the small end of the M.

Worth the money.
