AutoCAD Platform Customization: User Interface, AutoLISP, VBA, and Beyond

I've only had this a couple of weeks but I can say that it is very thorough and informative. I will try to update this review as I get through it more, but so far it was absolutely worth the price. I'd recommend it to anybody looking to learn for a resource on current customization options in AutoCAD.

Ton of great information, Thick as War & Peace, but all great info

While this book is well written and researched I found that VBA is deprecated and .NET is the direction things are going with respect to writing plug-ins for AutoCAD. I wish the author would have included .NET in the otherwise comprehesive coverage of options.

Book arrived way before I expected it. Information contained in this book was invaluable to my day to day work.

i was searching about some more books around customization around AutoCAD to extend my knowledge or to find in this some different views in how do's. I really recommend this book to all CAD Administrators or Users who want to get more out from AutoCAD. Its good to read for customization beginners but think that the intermediate customiationuser will get the most benefit of it, cause it opens many ideas of way to how to do it.
