Absolute best tasting mayonnaise i have ever personally tried
I wouldn't consider myself anything as pretentious as a "mayonnaise connoisseur", but i am extremely picky when it comes to flavours I'll just start by saying that Hellmann's optimises absolutely everything i dislike about what most would consider mayonnaise. i would probably stick it at the very bottom of my list in terms of flavour and that goes for all their variants. their newer mayonnaise that boasts about using real eggs (how is that something to be proud of that only one of your products uses real food as an ingredient? lol)tastes so strangely artificial i had to double check to make sure i wasn't eating glue I've tried mayo from all around the world and this Polish mayonnaise is just all around 10's for flavour. it's far more full bodied than Japanese mayo (the only thing that makes Japanese mayo taste good to many is the MSG if we are being honest)it's not as bitter as French mayo (too much mustard IMO)it's not as sweet as Dutch mayo, and it doesn't taste like it was made in a lab like American mayo (no comment other than American mayo probably shouldn't be consumed by humans...) it for me anyways meets the Goldilocks ratio of having the right amount of all the above(minus the American mayo for obvious reasons, heh heh) If you've never been a fan of mayonnaise or it's not a condiment you find yourself reaching for, i suggest you at least give this mayonnaise a try. it may surprise you if you find yourself in the formerly mentioned Hellmann's camp as your benchmark for mayonnaise. you are in for a shock i tell you
