This wonderful memory foam contour extra-frim pillow comes with a user adjustable pad, allowing you to change the pillow height as you wish. There is a half-inch pad in the bottom of the pillow. I feel in love with it

Too soft!
Not firm at all. Soft and crumbly. Came out of the package smelling horrible. Had to send this back. Not sure why it says 'extra firm'. It should say 'extra soft'. Don't buy this if you're really looking for a firm pillow!

Not firm
I bought this because all the reviews said it was really firm even "rock hard". To me it's a pretty average pillow. This pillow doesn't really seem any more firm than any other memory foam pillow I've purchased online. I really wish it was a lot firmer but this probably as firm as I can get. I do like that its longer than some pillows and I hope that it lasts longer than some of the others.

Not firm enough.
While this may be firm enough for people casually looking for firm pillows, it isn't close for me. I had previously bought the dreamsweet "brick like" version and it lasted a good 8 months. Not bad for the price and it really was pretty firm. Both that one and this extra firm one lose about 60 to 70 percent of their firmness after one week. The brick like one is the same after 8 months as this one is after one week. Since the brick like one is no longer available I figured I would try this one. It didn't work out for me but like I say, it may be firm enough for some people.

Truly a Firm Pillow
In my experienced opinion, this is the firmest pillow you can buy. There is a little give to the material, but extremely firm. If that's your thing, this is the pillow for you. Really good product. Well made and will last.

This is really firm. It took a few nights to adjust to it, but it really works for me.

Was great for the first week
Was great for the first week. After that it was not firm anymore and I had to keep readjusting it through the night. Sent it back.
