Solaray MSM and Glucosamine Capsules, 180 Count

I have tried several brands but this works the best for me. I am 50 years old and whitewater raft almost every weekend. I have a desk job and get very little exercise during the week. My joints are very stiff and achy when I run out of this or use a different brand. If I take this the morning of and a day or two after rafting. I have no pain at all.

I know everyone buys this for their joint but I purchased it for my hair and it works great! I am able to see the result only after taking it for a week! Magical!

I bought this for my elderly dog who has arthritis in her hips. It has helped her quite a bit. She has less pain now. I will continue to buy this product for her.

I've been using msm glucosamine for 14 plus years and I really feel this supplement has kept me from needing knee replacement surgery. Lately I have had a difficult time finding this product in the dosage I'm used to taking which is 500 mg of both components I was happy to find them on Amazon for less than half the price I was paying for them before with no shipping cost. I'm a happy customer..
