You can use this for cake truffles!
I know this mold is meant for baking but honestly, I’ve never baked in it. I use this for cake truffles - and you should too! This mold makes the most beautiful cake truffles I’ve ever seen. Literally, look at the photos. I can only imagine how gorgeous the entremets you could make with this would look. This mold does all of the work to look pretty. It is durable and easy to clean, too.

Super happy! Lange habe ich nach genau so einer Form gesucht. Lieferung war schnell und die Qualität der Form ist top! Ich nutze sie zum Seife sieden. Der erste Versuch war schon ein Glückserlebnis.

Con questo stampo sono riuscito a fare sia dolci al cucchiaio che dolcetti con l’impasto del ciambellone. Sono molto belli e resistenti, la qualità è indiscutibile. Bisogna ovviamente selezionare le ricette più adatte così che i dolci possano mantenere la forma. In ogni caso il silicone permette di sformare le ciambelline senza alcuna difficoltà e senza bisogno di ungere la superficie.
