Awesome Tone!
I have an old Chinese made Ibanez Artcore Semi-Hollow Body I've enjoyed playing for about 15 years now. While the guitar itself is very well made and fun to play, it has always sounded just bit like a tin can - until now. A month ago one of the volume potentiometers broke. I decided to replace all four pots along with the tone capacitors. I can't say enough about the sound quality of this guitar now. I would put it up against any Gibson, Epiphone, or Guild of the same size. These caps (along with the Jim Dunlop pots) have really changed the sound of the guitar. It has a much fatter and smoother sound. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

Used as stereo bypass filters
Used as bypass filters on power supply capacitors in a stereos amplifier. It worked quite well. Cleaned up the high end and slightly into the upper midrange. Made sound stage more detailed and quiet. Thats what I was looking to do. Sounded better after about 75 hours of burn in time.

Great deal
Perfect upgrade for Gibson, Les Pauls or Gibson, Flying V and Gibson SG

Sound great! Best caps for humbuckers.
Replaced the .047 200v caps, which seemed to dark ( even with pots on full), with these. Brought back the perfect amount on sparkle. Highly recommended. 👍

Good stuff
Good stuff, never really understood why capacitors, specifically orange sprague caps were so much more costly than other brands or unnamed ones. They're good quality, but paying that much for 2 is kind of strange. Could get a pack for less, but these are the orange sprague caps, they're good at what they do, sometimes overkill for things I want to do. Just know if you're installing these in a guitar, make sure you have enough space, because these are pretty huge, they're about as wide as a CTS pot. Cheapest ones I could find on the market too, so win win I guess.

Lager than expected (that's what she sai...)
Will work just fine in the cavity I'm inserting them into, but if it was tighter these might be too big. Both came in very close to exact. One at .0216 and the other at .0221. Would recommend, if the cavity fits them.

Drop it likes it hot
These orange drops are the best! Just as easy to install as any other capacitor. Soldering required. These really help balance out your sound and eliminate unnecessary noise. Excellent fit for almost any Bass.
