This pillow is really comfortable.I would let it air out for 24 - 42 hrs. If there is a smell wash the outer cover (which is washable.)I didn’t have to wash as I let it air out for 24 hrs and it was fine.Very fluffy. But you can adjust it to your comfort by taking out some of the stuff inside pillow.Price was really good too!

When I first tried them, the pillows felt a bit too high for my liking, but thankfully, the shredded memory foam filling is adjustable, so I was able to remove some to get the perfect height and firmness. Once I did that, the comfort level was great, offering a nice balance between support and softness. The cooling sensation is definitely noticeable and helps keep me from overheating during the night. The packaging was also really impressive—it felt premium and even came with its own pillow casing, which was a nice touch. Overall, a high-quality pillow set that’s especially great once you fine-tune it to your personal comfort level.

Love these pillows, you can take out the foam and store it in the bag the pillows came with. The pillows are perfect size for my full size bed, I removed some of the foam inside to get my preferred neck support and it has been super good. The cooling on the pillow works but if you're hot and the room is hot it'll go away fast. On a regular temperature day/night you can notice the cooling effect very well. For $20 per pillow with all the features this pillow has I'd say its a good value pillow. If you're looking for a pillow that will stay cool even when you and or room is super warm this isn't what you're looking for.

I love these pillows. They support my neck without feeling like my head is laying flat on the bed. The fabric is cooling and super durable quality. I love that you can adjust the amount of filling in the pillows so that can be flat or puffy and tall for your liking. They look great on the bed.

Nice pillows. I like the cooling side, also they are nice thick cases over the case the stuffing is in.I like that you can remove the stuffing to your liking. It satisfies my needs. I bought 2 and one I left a little less stuffing in. I am happy with my purchase. I saved the stuffing. In case I have to add more at a later date. Standard size.

There’s nothing magical about this pillow. It’s no cooler than any other. You still have to turn it over to find the cool side after it soaks in your body heat. It’s a nice, high quality, firm pillow, but doesn’t make me any cooler.

I've had this pillow for over 4 years now. I'm coming back to get 2 more because my roommate wants one after using my pillow once. This is by far the best pillow I have EVER had. Truly, I love it. It's a medium firmness. You can wash and dry it as well as adjust the amount of filling inside the pillow itself. I took some filling out when I initially got the pillow and it is still incredibly fluffy. The cooling side is absolutely cooling. Even 4 years later, it's still cooling. It works so well that I sometimes think my pillow is wet from being so cool to the touch. It's not the perfect pillow, but it'sas close as it gets. I have degenerative disc disease and 2 other spinal conditions that affect my neck the most. This pillow is genuinely the best pillow I have found on Amazon thus far. I'm so grateful I found it. I had to hunt 4 years back through my past orders to get here!

Very comfortable pillow. I had one of the best nights sleep that I've had in a long time last night. I got two pillows for a reasonable price and gave one to my daughter who had been complaining about neck pain and restlessness while sleeping. She was extremely happy when she laid her head down on it!
