It’s sturdy as hell. My husband has an earlier schedule then I do so we put his in his morning area so he can hang his pants. It’s sturdy and durable and very nice. Easy to build and appealing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and useful coat rack, great for organization so you stop dropping coats by the door. Lightweight but sturdy. For its size it holds a lot, and your longer coats will fit no problem. You don't really need the instructions, it’s pretty straight forward to put together.

had this in & out of my cart for months now, eventually i was deinfluenced by the couple of bad reviews, but then my friend sent the link to me & i decided it was a sign to take a chance & wow. im glad i did. it’s gorgeous, doesn’t feel like plywood or some other cheap wood substitute. it really feels sturdy and durable that i believe its solid wood. it shipped out fast, looks as pictured and way too easy to assemble. i’m actually surprised for the quality how affordable it was, especially nowadays. feels like i have something vintage in my hands.

To start off, this will arrive in what seems to be a very short box. The main stem is assembled with threaded rods, as are the coat pegs. The feet are attached by bolts, and an allen wrench [i.e. hex key] is provided. Assembly is very straightforward and simple. Once together, it looks like a classic wooden coat rack. It is exactly what it claims to be. So far, it is very difficult to tell that it's actually pieced together, thanks to the milling of the center post. The material is stained wood, and it's not terribly heavy. Overall, for the price, it's actually pretty decent. I've loaded it with a few winter coats, and it's standing patiently in the corner, doing its job.
