Advanced Menopause support included several ingredients that I found in researching for supplements to help with menopause symptoms. I was thrilled to find these ingredients in one capsule, as I didn’t want to be buying multiple bottles and taking several capsules a day of various supplements. I found great relief with the Advanced Menopause Support tablets. I have no hot flashes at all anymore after having them nightly. My mood swings are less. I still have wakefulness but not as severely. These symptoms lessened in only three weeks of taking the product as directed on the label. I am careful to also watch my diet closely and I exercise daily. I am very grateful for this product. It works so well for me. I am 55 and in good health otherwise.

So far I am very happy with this supplement. My hot flashes and night sweats were getting worse and nothing helped. Prior pills I took made it worse or had stopped working. I did some research on all the different ingredients in this and was happy with what I read. It was worth a try. By the second day I noticed fewer hot flashes. I went from about 15 a day to 10 a day and fewer times waking up from night sweats. This is now day 5 and I haven't had a hot flash since this morning when I got out of a hot shower which is usually when I get them anyway. So far I am pleased. I am 48 years old and started getting hot flashes about 2 years ago but they went away for almost a year and the other pills I was taking stopped working. I have been suffering for about 4 months. I now feel so much better. If all goes well with this month supply, I will be buying more.

I waited to review until I used 2 bottles. I didn’t really notice any difference since taking them. I still had hot flashes, it might have been slightly less but the weather has also cooled which helps. I haven’t taken them in a few days and don’t feel any worse, so I can’t say these did much of anything.

Good price and good product. I did my research on menopause support and this has what I felt I needed without things like valerian that can make you a bit groggy. Black Cohosh works great for me. I do hear for some it doesn't work so well. Personally my 10 or more hot flashes a day were gone after one day of using this. I think I am sleeping better too. I don't wake up hot.

I've been taking this natural supplement for a little over 2 weeks. I was very excited to find a product with the blend of natural ingredients that I was looking for to relieve my peri-menopausal symptoms. Since I began using the supplement, I have noticed less symptoms such as night sweats and leg cramps. I also believe my headaches have reduced, which is my main symptom of concern. I have been using this product for a month now. Although I still get hot flashes, they are less severe and of a shorter duration...which helps me sleep better. I stopped using it for a couple of days to see what would happen, and the flashes came back...with a vengeance! I'll be ordering this again, it really does provide relief. This product works great for me, Deborah. My libido has been non-existent since my full hysterectomy. I still have a hot flash once in awhile, but since I have my libido back I'm so thankful! So is my husband:0) I tried a lot of products and other things only worked if I was exhausted or couldn't sleep, because I was so wired. I'm so thankful I finally found this product, now it's on auto ship!!!
