Command 4 lb Capacity Sawtooth Hangers, 2 hangers, 4 strips (17040-2ES)

We have old plaster walls and I am reluctant to put holes in them to hang pictures. These have worked well in hanging small to medium sized pictures. I've never had one come loose and I've never had a problem taking them down by pulling them as the instructions say.

Worked well to hang up some clocks on my drywall in my apartment instead of using a nail.The only reason I gave it four stars is because the nail hole to hang up one of my clocks is about a quarter of an inch away from the wall. This is because my clock has rubber bumpers to prevent it from touching directly to the wall. While these sawtooth hooks can JUST BARELY reach and work fine, I wish they were slightly longer and protruded more from the wall.I understand that would be bad for clocks or picture frames with sawtooth hooks, so i'm still going to give it four stars! Strong stick! Works very well!

These work great for hanging things where the mount is high on whatever you're hanging and you don't want the hooks housing exposed. I couldn't sink a nail where I needed to hang a picture and other adhesive hooks show the plastic housing above the picture. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

These work great but I did have one incident where one of the hooks fell off the wall. It was on a particularly hot day so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it. I replaced the hook on the wall a few weeks ago and the painting hasn't been disturbed since. The frame/painting together way maybe 2 1/2 pounds and I used two hooks (one on each side.) Long rectangle. The frame and picture weren't damaged.

Whoever invented this line of products should get some sort of prize!I have used the strips to hang picture frames, but I had a couple with really narrow frames that those wouldn't work for, so I looked around in the Command products and found these. My frames have the little triangle hook things on the back, and they are not heavy. These picture hangers work perfectly!So much better than trying to measure and drill/screw or nail without doing damage. (I used to end up with multiple holes behind picture...old plaster and lathe walls!).

Love command strips as a whole. These will be going to friends along with a gift I made for them so it can be hung where needed. I've used this style hanger before to put a picture on the wall of my office without damaging the wall.

Command hooks are great, especially if, like me, you rent. We have a lot of family photos/art that we like to hang up so our rental space has a more "lived in" feel. Bare walls are boring! These worked really well because they are so low profile that the frame doesn't stick out at an angle from the wall. Also, Amazon had the best price per quantity. I couldn't find them at Walmart beside a one-pack and Target was overpriced.

We live in a rented apartment where we're not allowed to drill holes into the dry wall. When we wanted to hang pictures on our walls adhesive hooks were pretty much our only option. I did a bit of research and having used 3M products before I chose to go with these. We had pictures hanging on these hooks throughout the house. We moved a few months ago and the promise of clean removal is absolutely true (provided you follow the instructions). The hooks came clean off the walls with very little hassle and are now in use in the new apartment. Another 3M product I am a fan of (besides the post-it notes).

This is an amazing product. Works as advertised, but make sure to follow the instructions.For long term pictures, once happy with the placement, I drill right into the hook and strengthen with screws.I’ve also though have some pictures hanging using only the command hooks hanging fine for over 5 years.

My photo is on the wall without nails. Hope it stays that way without falling.

As claimed in responses to some questions, this does not work for clocks. My beautiful wall clock fell to the ground and broke.
