The absolute favorite!
I did all my lower kitchen cabinets in 5 different versions of Rev-A-Shelf products during a recent renovation. By far, this dual tier, blind corner solution is the boss's (Wife) favorite. Even though this one is a larger and more complex version than the rest, in my opinion, it was the simplest to assemble and install. I read in other reviews where it took some fiddling to get it adjusted so as there would be enough clearance for the baskets to slide by the neighboring cabinet door hardware. Following the directions I had no issue HOWEVER, I completely forgot that I was going to build and install all new doors and drawer fronts with new hinges and hardware. By some miracle the shelving still clears the hardware. Where it was around a 1/4" before now it's about a couple of business cards. Just dumb luck. If you're thinking of something similar, I would wait until all the finish work is done before installing the shelving. Back to the unit: It really is well made and operates beautifully. I can't imagine this ever failing for any reason. When we took all the stuff out of the cabinet for the install, we discovered just how deeply we buried things in there. We found really cool kitchen/cooking stuff we forgot we even owned. It was like getting new shelves that came with free stuff. There is only one little nitt-picky thing I can say negatively about it. When you look at the shelves once they are deployed out of the cabinet they don't hang level. They droop a bit. Of course, NOBODY is ever going to see it, does not degrade performance, does not impinge on storage space nor does it cause a wear point. I'm OCD so it just bothers me every time I look at it. The wire around the baskets (not on the bottoms) is about 1/4" or 7/32" thick. My solution is to add a small piece of 1/4" ID silicone hose to the lowest wire on each basket at the bracket 1" long. That takes up the slack at the hook the basket is hanging on and makes the shelf/basket look level and, remember, if it looks level, it is level. Setting my level-basket OCD issue aside this is a superb product. It is well made, easy to install, attractive, simple to use and a life changer when accessing lower cabinets with your fingertips instead of on your knees with a hyperextended elbow, a flashlight and a snorkel. Highly recommended. Get it and start enjoying kitchen life again.

Makes good use of lost space
This is a better alternative to a "lazy susan". The thing that really makes this cabinet filler a stand out is it can hold square items that just never fit circular cabinets. And it pulls completely out of the cabinet so there is easy access to all the space. And it actually works. Finally it allows for cabinets to be installed all the way to the corners on both sides. The slide out baskets use about 30 inches of the available 39 inches of space so there is some lost space, but I would compare it roughly to the same amout of lost space from a circular cabinet, except that the baskets are square so large square items can be put in them. (I have never been able to fit large appliances in those circular corner cabinets) When the basket pulls out, things like my mixer, and food processor can be lifted directly from the top of the basket up to the counter. I really like this since those appliances are so heavy moving them around is a major pain. Appliances that are rarely use are stored on the bottom shelves and are almost as easy to access. The baskets are deep enough that nothing falls out easily, but very small or narrow items (like the blades for the food processor) have to stored in a basket or (like me) in a drawer. I have a LOT of weight stored in this shelf system but it still pulls out easily. I really couldn't be happier. Where I once had a cluttered mess of lost items I now have a nice orderly space that is actually usable! The downside is that the install isn't as easy as they make it sound. I put it and, took it out, then put it back in 3 times before getting it right. But now that its in, I won't have any other kind of corner storage. (in my next house I may go for the 18 or 21 inch model ) Easy 5 stars.

Decent product unclear instructions.
Unit is decent, I would likely buy again. Instructions are not clear. Installation is challenging. There is a shim washer that goes behind the Guide Channel but is not mentioned in the instructions. They have a YouTube video but it is 8 years old and the unit has been updated since then.

Durable, efficient, and so easy to use! Great for an organized blind corner!
I LOVE this product! I had been looking for something to go in that blind corner that could hold pots and pans and small appliances, rather than pantry items, and this product is so perfect for just that! I currently use it for storing every day pots and pans, juicer, mini food processor, blender and other random small items. It's so convenient not having to bend down on my knees and reach back to grab things! It's durable too, allowing for the weight of some of my heavier items, such as the juicer and cast iron pans. My husband installed it on his own and had no challenges. Definitely measure everything before you order! We did a lot of research and measuring before committing to ordering, and it paid off. Something to note is that we still had some "empty space" in the back of the blind corner, as the product does not reach the entire length of the actual cabinet. At first, I was skeptical of this, however once I got everything organized, having the unit has offered me more space overall because of the space on the shelves, and the fact that there are 4 total shelves. And I was able to utilize the back two shelves for things I don't use on a daily/weekly basis, yet when I need them, they are accessible easily and without bending awkwardly into the back of the cabinet. Rev-a-shelf itself deserves a mention as well. One shelf was broken upon receipt, and when I called the company to explain, they had a new shelf on my door step within the week. Customer service on the phone was wonderful, and quick delivery was great too. Overall, very satisfied! And happily organized!

The best kitchen gadget purchased!
It was fairly easy to install but you have to stick to the listed measurements within 1/16" in order for it to go through the minimum cabinet opening allowed without hitting any side. The installation instruction was a bit confusing at first but once you understand what it's trying to do, the steps are easy to follow. As a average home owner (not at a handy man level), it took me about 30 minutes to get it installed. After that, it works like a charm! It feels sturdy and the finish looks elegant.Great buy for my blind corner.

Issue with opening next to appliance
I'm writing this review to help others who encountered what I did. If your blind corner is next to an appliance (stove, dishwasher, fridge) you will not be able to access the 2nd set of shelves in the blind spot because the first set of shelves will hit the face of the appliance (most appliances protrude past the face of the cabinets). The best remedy I could come up with was load the 2nd set of shelves with more obscure stuff that I barely use, push it inside the cabinet then my first set of shelves. It will close but you will realise that you will have to take those 1st set of shelves off in order to access the 2nd set. Really not a big deal considering it's organised now, and I barely touch whatever is on the 2nd set of shelves anyways. The shelves also have nice handles making picking them up no problem. The unit is really sturdy however the base does not slide well. I also had a handle screw bent on my unit. My solution was to thread the handle on as far as I could then apply the necessary pressure to slowly bend it straight, then continued threading the handle on. In my 36 in blind corner cabinet, this thing only left 7 in of wasted space. Not that bad really. There's still enough room back there for for my juicer that I never use, so again, it's a matter of just hand removing your shelves to access that space.

damaged
This item was received with a broken wheel and a dented basket. It kind of appears as if it may have been that way when it was shipped as the box was not damaged at all. It looks like it should be very sturdy so it is a bit concerning that one of the baskets had such a dent in it

Poor instructions, but good functionality
I'll start by saying the instructions that came with this thing are absolutely awful, and Rev-a-shelf has much better instructions for other products. Their installation video was helpful, but still confusing. My husband worked on it for about an hour before giving up, and I figured out the rest by watching the video over and over. The only feature I don't love about this item is the way it locks into place, making it a bit tough to pull out the next time. As other reviews mentioned, you do lose some of the space in the corner, but it's so much easier to access the items you do have room for that it's well worth it for me.
