My old faithful Acer Notebook has been and continues to damage HDDs I put in corrupting sectors on HDD. (I'm going to try an SSD in it.) I needed another Notebook to use and have available if the old Notebook dies on me. The EZpad fits the bill perfectly. I, also, air travel some so the size and weight is perfect. I chose the 2-1 platform as I really like using my old Surface RT, even with it's limitations, but Windows RT 8.1 is extremely limited in what programs (that I need) it will run. Even with 70 yr. old eyes I'm adjusting fine to the smaller screen and, once you become accustomed to the slightly smaller keyboard, you will appreciate how really good the EZpad keyboard is compared to other keyboards that work with the "tablets". I have the keyboard for the Surface RT and I've used many smaller form factor keyboards, over many years. The EZpad keyboard is by far the best feeling and working keyboard of all. Touchpad.... not so good. I use a small Verbatim wireless mouse. Initially the speakers were terrible. I could barely hear them with sound up all the way. I used a small bluetooth speaker and/or earphones just to hear. I found a fix for the speaker volume on Youtube. That improved sound significantly and proved the issue was not so much hardware but software. But still, don't expect a lot of volume. Being so used to 1 T HDDs it took a bit of adjusting for me with only 128 SSD. I did install a 128 flash card so basically have 256 storage capacity and I have set up for most of data to be stored on the flash drive. 4 gigs of ram is working just fine as long as I don't load up to many programs running at one time. One thing that works easily is projection to other devices. I plan on taking my EZ pad to friends' houses, and with my VPN (I'm in Mexico so I have to have VPN for FuboTV, Hulu, and others because they are restricted to outside of US.) projecting content to my friends TVs for Movie Nights. I will either project or use micro HDMI to their TVs. Yes.... EZpad does have micro HDMI out. It can also be used if I want to hook up a larger Monitor. EZ pad boots and loads extremely fast. It runs much faster than I expected. Screen is beautiful. I love my little EZ pad!!! Review: Update! 6/27 Bad purchase! Update 6/23!!! Update!! My package showed up (Getting it charged up) - UPDATE 6/27 LAPTOP GONE CRAZY!!!! IT WONT TURN ON WHEN I TRY BUTTON IS NOT WORKING TAKES ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO TURN ON IF IT DOESN'T CUT OFF HALF THROUGH THE PROCESS. TRYING TO RESET WINDOWS AN ERASE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SO I CAN SEE IF THAT HELPS. TRY 3 TIMES IN 2 DAYS AFTER AN HOUR OR MORE FOR IT TO TELL IT CAN'T RESTORE. ITS GOT TO BE RETURNED TRIED TO LIKE IT BUT WON'T DO SIMPLE TASK. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY DONT PURCHASE. THEY RECENTLY RAISED THE PRICE FROM $271 TO $ 319 RUN NOT WORTH IT!!!!! DROPPING STARS TO 1 NOT WORTH IT. UPDATE 6/23!! TRYING TO LOVE IT!!! Very disappointed that desertcart didn't offer protection plan at time of purchase. Reviewed site an spoke with desertcart no warranty from Jumper offered. IT was really my 2nd choice for a laptop I had my heart set on Xidu convertible sold out right when I tried to make purchase. Then this Jumper computer popped up on the screen for a few extra dollars. Never saw this model before an I had been on line maybe 2 hours a day looking. Well back to review IT WORKS!! Stylus pen has issues at times an computer has been freezing past day or so. I haven't really downloaded anything haven't really found any use for it. App store store kind of boring consider I can do Everything on my Galaxy S10 phone. If it had a warranty it would probably get put on th shelf no worries until needed. I checked with all my grandkids nobody seems to want or need a windows laptop. For what it's worth I think it's an ok laptop/tablet. I just don't have any use for it. Probably, sending it back (Needs Warranty) i think the freezing lately has been UPDATES!! I'm going to raise the stars to 4 it seems to do what they say it does. The 3Stars because it was delivery to the wrong hous for a a day an its only been an hour for me to check it out. Turning it on setting up wifi/updates looks like its ready to go. First, I must say it's kind of nice looking. Little heavy not sure if I have a screen protector that would be a bummer afraid to to take off temporary. Love the metal stand in back to hold tablet up different levels. The keyboard attachment through me thought it was a real keyboard turns out to be one of thoses cheap flimsy ones. If you are a pretty good typist u can type on any keyboard😉I guess I need some practice. Anyways, it's only been an hour still checking things out I wasn't familiar with seller an didn't see a warranty nor did desertcart offer protection plan at time of purchase. desertcart told me check it out for next couple of weeks it is cover for 30day. I will continue to updated hope everything turns out well. Forgot to mention it comes with Stylus Pen. That's all for now

Good tablet, bad keyboard
I purchased this for my daughter because it received great reviews and had the specs I was looking for. However, while the tablet and pen work great, the keyboard stopped working after only an hour! This is why I'm giving only 2 stars. I had to use an aftermarket Bluetooth keyboard. If they had provided some way of replacing a non functioning part (without having to return the entire unit), I would have given more stars.

Great, BUT beware of description.
This has a 128 drive but there is no 64 gig drive as listed in the description. Not a deal breaker but very disappointing! Otherwise a nice product. Stand probably needs to be opened with a hand on both sides. This may free up with use. I have not run into any problems thus far. I need to use android emulators on my unit and as with other windows units some apps have difficulty running. As a whole they work fairly well though. It is too bad Microsoft has not been able to get more apps added to their store so emulators are not needed. Keyboard is thin and I suspect won't last with years of use but for light use it should last.

HORRIBLE charger
The device was fine, the keyboard is extremely low quality but it works. My biggest issue is the quality of the charger sent with the tablet. The prongs broke off and literally nobody sells the correct charger to include amazon which doesn't even have a way of contacting the seller of this product
