The media could not be loaded. Good product, but icdidnt realize it’s basically a peanut container from the store with a hole drilled out of the top. Oh well lol. It’s a good product and does what’s it’s supposed to.

bought one for me and one for my mom
bought one for me and one for my mom. I have started using CLR and it only requires soaking a couple of minutes to clean arrays, so actually my empty plastic nut container from Costco works just as well. it is a very good product though and I am happy I have it.
