This is the best home-office headset you can buy. I used an older version from Plantronics for over a decade and decided to get a new one. Why so good? It connects to THREE devices simultaneously, your landline (if you still have one), your cellphone and your computer. So no matter what rings, no matter which device I want to use, you have one single headset. Range is UNBELIEVABLE and lasts all day without having to recharge. This newer version also has full stereo (older model was mono) so it sounds great when watching YouTube videos, etc. Whatever "rings" you just press the button on the headset and you're talking. Before I found these I had different headsets for my cellphone and my computer and the telephone handset for my landline, and it was a pain to figure out which headset to grab for each call. I still have the handset lifter (for landline phone) from my older headset, it was super handy for lifting the handset off the phone when you wanted to answer a call, but I don't use that anymore as I don't have a landline anymore. I've had 4 or 5 friends buy this headset based on my strong recommendation. This is a "cry once" purchase. It isn't cheap (cry once) but you'll be happy with it for many years to come, and won't be replacing it in 6 or 12-mo. I have purchased one for my home office and one for my work office.

Not like Plantronics of old. It does not work with my desk phone as well as it’s predecessor did and constantly disconnects from my iPhone 14

I am on the phone 6-8 hours a day. Great for seamlessly switching from Desk Phone To PC To Cell. Price was 1/3 of direct. I bought a second as a spare.

So far I love this headset! I tried two cheaper headsets previously, Jabra Evolve 65 MS and Plantronics B825M Voyager Focus. Neither one of those worked well for me. Both of them had issues with the Bluetooth audio cutting out,disconnecting, or having noise interference when using two BT devices simultaneously. I use the SAVI 8200 for work calls on TEAMS and it works great. I’m able to stream audio from Spotify on my laptop while simultaneously participating in conference calls. I can also switch to using the headset via BT with my personal iPhone as well. Just in case it helps someone else, I’ve had no issues using the DECT wireless with this headset. With other headsets that utilize BT with a USB adapter, I found the audio glitchy. This headset uses a base station that connects to my laptop via a USB cable. The base station then communicates with the headset via DECT. The base station communicates with my iPhone via BT which works just fine. I’m also pleased with the level of customizability available via the hardware settings on the base station and the Plantronics Hub software.

I've had one of these for a couple of years. It's been a great headset for conference calls. I like the headset volume and mute controls. It's comfortable and sound is clear. I can walk around the house while wearing it on a call. On rare occasions I have issues where putting it in mute it immediately goes back out of mute The voice prompt for mute on/off could be louder There is an LED on the headset indicating you are on mute but you can't see it while wearing the headset. Battery lasts all day

Hello, can I still return this item even if the return tag expired? The item does not work and I simply forgot to drop off to return.

Works great with our Avaya IP office phones, im not using a handset lifter, or a soft phone on the PC, but it works great for Teams, zoom, etc. Sound quality is very good, ANC is mediocre, but probably most of that is due to the on ear design instead of over ear or in-ear. Would definitely buy again, and bought one for an office mate and she loves hers too
