This little case fits my A7RV with the Tamron 35-150mm lens. I did not expect it to fit since the dimensions were a bit above my setup. It is a snug fit but not something to be concerned about. Hopefully the case holds up over time, I’ll update the review if it does not.

I was looking for a case for my camera and lens combo that was sturdy, but small. This is very well made and a perfect fit!

Works great, very protective. Use with sony A73 with sony 85 1.8 attached. Please be aware of a couple things. 1. Be careful when zipping/unzipping around the sharper turns-the zipper tries to bind up there. 2. If you have an extended eye cup then you might have to remove it for the case to close properly and reattach each time. I have to do this. 3. There is no room behind the rear of the camera inside the case for a neck strap to be folded up and tucked away. I have a Peak Designs strap which easily detaches and fits in front of the lens inside the case. You may not be able to do this if you have a bigger lens attached to camera. Overall I love this case. I believe it is worth the money for the protection and peace of mind that it offers. I can now easily pack my camera into my backpacking bag or fishing bag so that I can capture those special moments with my family.

1. Rugged enough case. 2. More compact than a pelican. 3. Fits my A7ii Sony perfectly. 4. Micraculously, it just barely fits with my ultra-compact 300mm EF Tamron zoom lens! 5. I am happy.

I originally got one of these for my Sony a6300 and used it for some extra camera protection while camping and backpacking. It held up very well and it always made me feel confident that my gear was safe. So after a couple of years of wishing I had a similar case for my A7R IV, I finally stopped being lazy and found this :). It is equal the quality of its smaller sibling and I am grateful for the improved confidence I get in pushing my carry on under the seat in front of me. Only 'complaint' I have is the lack of ability to pack the camera with a mount on it. I like to be able to just leave a tripod mount on my camera, so a small velcro section of removable foam or the like in that area would be awesome. But, again, more of a wish list item than an actual complaint.

....but this thing is absolutely perfect for the a7Rii and 24-70 f/2.8 GM. Absolutely perfect form fitting and protective case. Definitely worth the cost. That's why it's sold out everywhere.

Great travel case, plenty of room for the camera with a lens and extra battery and cards

Bought for a Sony A7RIV. It fits tightly but perfectly well with the 20-70 lens, including hood. Necessary to remove the strap.

Ordered but returned ; the product is not designed for 9ii )not shaped for an extra dial on the top left of this camera body) yet the Camera fits snug on that part but It doesn’t fit in the case if you have the base plate mounted . However on rerun I realized that there isn’t any other alternative available for such a convenient case to carry your camera in a backpack. On second thought, if I need to have a convenient compromise, I rather get rid of the base plate on the camera and choose to use this case . …. Went back to purchase (my bad .. found it USD 50 more expensive than my last return within a weeks time) …. I have read review that the camera strap doesn’t fit in the case … easy solution for that would be use a peak design strap and while you store the camera in the case the same strap can be used for the case (adding additional of lugs to the case) and while you switch back the strap to the camera you can hook the case to your trousers belt loop with a carabiner clip ;) … hope this helps

Surprisingly very very fast delivery - 4 days!!!! Case has a nice clean profile that will allow the camera to be carried unobtrusively. The box says it fits a7ii- a7iii & A9 - but no mention of a7iv - despite what the Amazon blurb says. Others have said it does not fit - but it is not designed for it. A7riv have a bigger battery grip apparently. Others have said you cannot use a neck strap when the camera and lens are stored, but so far the standard Sony neck strap can be kept on in storage, but its bit fiddly. Another comment about the zips - the left hand one when it turns the corner mid-cycle is helped along to be smooth by pressing the lower lower in slightly. However they do appear to be lightly made (compared to LowePro ones) , so not sure how longevity will go.
