The best product I have ever used on my 6 year old African American daughter hair. My daughter hated doing her hair and would scream/cry after using this she combs her own hair and often times uses a fine tooth comb. It works so well after I bought it, I bought 10 more just in case they stopped selling it. Lol truly a God send!The only negative thing is one box is definitely NOT enough I use two of "step 2" each time I do it. It last about 2 to 3 months each time I use it.

Works Great!! Just as described. My hair has tight curls. I wanted to go from curly to straight without a permanent relaxer. With this product follow the directions and it relaxes your curls and you can blow your hair dry and wear it straight. Wash it and go back to the curly state. When you wash it to go back to your curls the curls are not as tight. Hair looks beautiful. Make sure you keep it conditioned regularly .

Didn't like the product, My girl has a lot hair and these bottles are super small, so enough hardly for 2 times... I requested return and had no problem with refund and got to keep product. might be good for travel... but I was looking something for longer time.

Utterly disappointed. I first saw this at my local beauty supply, I grabbed 2 boxes for my twin 6 yr old daughters to try on their 4C (infact 4D,E,F,G if those designation exists :-) type hair. Bottom line, is their hair is super curly, kinky and hurts to manage! Not wanting to put chemicals in their hair, I thought this was answers to my prayers and end of crying spell during hair wash...the only positive thing I noted was that their hair was a bit softer/silky to touch so i was able to comb easily but it stinks like relaxer. I followed the instructions to the letter! I waited 1 week and tried re-washing with the enclosed shampoo & conditioner...useless! I still have a whole unopened kit if anyone wants to try before using, don't waste your money. Too bad I can't get a refund from the local beauty supply. I am soooooo tempted to put in a texturizer as I can't continue to see my daughter's cry just to wash their hair.

My daughter has thick and long hair this product makes it easier for me to do her hair.

Box was ripped open not sure why. And products are small as heck. Will update on how well it works, if it does the job will give it 5 stars.

I’m natural with my hair plus I have color made my hair very manageable.
