These plugs are excellent, probably the e asiest to set up that I have used, the app is very straightforward. I control these via Alexa, and again the process is dead easy and seamless. Also nice and compact so fit easily into sockets or 4 way block. I have bought some more, so I must like them :D

Smart plugs that really do work. I can finally keep control of my electricity usage on high kw output. So easy to set up. I already had the SmartLife app set up and the smart plug connected seamlessly. Will be buying more.

Bought these as I have has some previously. Good quality, value for money and work well/quickly with the app.(!). However, whilst my initial set of plugs work perfectly with the "SmartLife" app, these new plugs refuse to link to that and wil only work with the "veSync" app - which does not support the older switches I bought last year. So 4 stars, only because I now have to use use two apps to manage the appliances in the house.

Already use smart plugs throughout the house but needed more for Christmas. These worked as they should and I control them via app and voice via Alexa will purchase again when the time comes. These were on offer at the time so a good price. Easy to set up into my existing apps.

The plugs are great, I've added 2 more recently, but please be aware of the November 2025 app change over. My 2 new plugs brought at the end of December 2025 had instructions saying use the old app VeSync (I use this app for the older plugs I have). After a few hours of connection problems with the 2 new plugs I found the info saying use the SmartLife app. Once using the new app connection was simple and easy, just a pain the instructions were out of date in the box plus they had tiny print compared to the old instructions.

Just got Alexa and these work really well. Easy to set up too.

Great when they work but one stopped working after a few months. Not great quality.

Plugs are great but this version would not connect to my existing “Smart Life” App despite them being “Smart Life” plugs. I had to install a separate App and connect that to Alexa to make them work. Not the end of the world but it was a faff and time consuming. It’s a shame these things change and can’t all be connected to the original manufacturers guidelines. Overall happy, do the job and Alexa connectivity 👍
